Senior Product/Experience Design Disrupter

• End-to-End Product Design: Lead design efforts from discovery through delivery across web and/or mobile products with the level of polish found at top design companies. • Translate complex business and technical requirements into beautiful, intuitive, scalable experiences. • Produce wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI with strong attention to craft and usability using Figma and AI powered tooling. • AI Platform Expertise: For example, having the ability to define and evolve GEO strategies to optimize digital content generation, personalization, and performance across platforms. Also having the ability to provide experience design recommendations for Agentic – Human platforms. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in multidisciplinary teams across strategy, design, and technology to deliver cohesive and innovative solutions. • Innovation Advocacy: Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation within the organization and with clients. • Digital Design Solutioning: Create and recommend design solution approaches that leverage emerging technologies such as Agentic AI and predictive analytics. • Experience Strategy Expertise: Envision scalable and intuitive experience architectures for digital assets across web, mobile, and other channels. Contribute to planning and roadmaps to execute that vision.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in product/experience design, product innovation and strategy, or experience consulting.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Microsoft, Optimizely, Sitecore, or similar with special emphasis on the emerging AI capabilities of each.
- Thought leadership in digital disruption, innovation, or generative technologies.
- Combination of In-house design team and Agency/Consultancy is a plus
- Proven experience in designing brand evoking digital experiences across web, mobile and product.
- Experience designing Agentic platform workflows and UX. This would include conversational interfaces and orchestration agent-based workflows.
- Strong grasp of emerging digital trends and platforms (e.g., Agentic solutions, GenAI, LLMs, cloud platforms, Adobe AEM & AEP, Microsoft solutions, and composable architectures).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with executive audiences.
- Demonstrated success in working in cross-functional teams and delivering complex digital programs.
- Experience mentoring or enabling design teams in adopting new technologies and workflows.
- Helping the design team to reimagine new ways of working that incorporate AI in a grounded way that increases productivity without creating slop.
- Strong plus: Deep understanding of generative engine optimization and its applications in content, search, and personalization.
