Partnerships Manager

• Identify, prospect, and engage new partners • Onboard and activate newly signed partners • Manage relationships with a portfolio of long-tail partners • Build relationships with partner stakeholders, leadership teams, and sales representatives • Conduct regular outreach to maintain engagement and drive partner activity • Re-engage dormant or underutilized partners • Increase partner-generated referrals, opportunities, and revenue • Accelerate partnership opportunities through proactive follow-up and collaboration • Develop and execute growth plans with partners • Identify opportunities to expand partner engagement and performance • Track and report on partnership activity and results • Execute partner-focused outbound and BDR campaigns • Collaborate with Marketing on co-branded campaigns and promotions • Coordinate webinars, conferences, events, and partner engagement initiatives • Support lead-sharing and referral programs • Analyze partnership performance and identify growth opportunities • Develop recommendations to improve partner activation and engagement • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams • Maintain accurate CRM records and partnership reporting

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, channel sales, account management, customer success, or another relationship-driven commercial role
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage external relationships that drive referrals, pipeline, revenue, or measurable business outcomes
  • Experience managing multiple partner or customer relationships, priorities, and follow-up activities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels
  • Experience using a CRM or similar system to track activity, pipeline, referrals, and performance metrics
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with accountability for measurable results
