Role Description The Associate Project Manager will manage engineering and related issues across a broad range of cross portfolio projects. The role may be involved in Wind, Solar & Battery Storage projects, assisting Asset Managers and Site Managers in the Management of the RES Asset Management, ensuring adherence to best practice for safety, quality, and environmental performance throughout the project lifecycle. The role will form part of the Operations Support and Advisory Team who support the Global Asset Management Teams with the integration and adoption of projects into the portfolio, as well as the implementation of new services that are developed by the team. The Associate Project Manager will report to the Senior Operations Support Manager, joining a team of Associate Project Managers with broad experience across Wind, Solar and Battery Storage. They will have an influential role as part of the Operations Support and Advisory Team in leading, developing and ensuring the performance of the Additional Services that are provided to our customers. Additional services are those outside the scope of our Asset Management agreements. The Associate Project Manager shall work across all disciplines, understanding the procurement, contract, technical and site requirements related to each project. The role will promote and enhance the Operations Support and Advisory Team and shall be highly visible role within Asset Management, with occasional travel required to regional offices or sites within the portfolio. The role can be based in any of our regions where we have an Asset Management presence, there will be opportunities to support projects in other regions or countries. Role Description The Senior Analyst, Finance and Accounting will be an important team member within the North American Asset Management Department at RES. The Senior Analyst will work in a team responsible for all the Finance and Accounting works for client-owned renewable projects (wind, solar, and battery storage) located throughout North America. - Responsible for finance and accounting functions assisting with the operations and asset management of renewable projects (wind, solar, and battery storage). - Performs day-to-day accounting, general entries, accruals, allocations, month-end closing procedures, period-end adjustments, reviews accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with applicable accounting standards. - Processes and records fixed asset additions, disposals, adjustments, depreciation, and other vital items. - Responsible for quarterly and annual financial reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, and project company (“SPV”) level forecasting. - Maintains tax equity models, prepares investor reporting, and supports monthly and quarterly cash flow reporting and analysis. - Responsible for cash flow forecasts, cash distributions, credit support, and project borrowings reconciliations. - Coordinates the financial audits, liaising directly with asset-managed asset owners, tax advisors, and audit partners. - Works with the Asset Management team to manage revenue settlement with ISO, analyze, improve, and control the processes that impact customer quality and influence internal operating efficiency. - Provides quarterly updates and maintenance of the project financial models. - Works with Tax Department to prepare federal and provincial tax returns and tax payments and assists in preparing tax exemptions for project owners. - Works with asset managers and other departments to prepare various reports for clients. - Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected. - Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, and Company Policies & Procedures. Role Description The Site Compliance Liaison is responsible for ensuring our construction operations and procedures comply with legal regulations and internal policies, specifically including, but not limited to, the Code of Conduct and IRA contractual requirements. The Compliance Liaison will ensure compliance with hiring practices, treatment of site employees, and accurate time reporting. The Compliance Liaison will notify the Compliance Manager immediately upon becoming aware of any non-compliance and will lead and collaborate with the Compliance Manager to ensure that findings are addressed and, where necessary, escalated to the appropriate authorities. Role Description The Construction Scheduler II sets up and maintains construction schedules using Oracle’s Primavera P6 Professional Project Management software. Role Description The Electrical Engineer III – Electrical Engineering provides engineering / conceptual and detailed designs of utility-scale renewable power plants (wind & solar) and battery storage systems.
