Role Description The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will deliver value to the business by: - Executing full cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles. - Posting positions on the company website, job boards, and college career sites. - Developing and implementing a sourcing strategy for both passive and non-passive talent. - Working with Talent Acquisition Management and HR Partners to execute open roles. - Maintaining and tracking recruitment metrics through the ATS and Excel. - Owning and managing regional TA programs (e.g., early career, career fairs, referrals, sourcing campaigns), including planning, execution, and continuous improvement. - Attending work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected. - Complying with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, and Company Policies & Procedures. Qualifications - High school/GED required. - Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related discipline preferred. - 4+ years of equivalent work experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner is required. - Construction recruiting experience is preferred. - Previous college recruiting experience preferred. - Canada recruiting experience is preferred. - Ability to travel 10 - 15%. - Exceptional interpersonal skills, including listening and communicating. - Represents the Company professionally and respectfully to internal and external contacts. - Strong attention to detail and follow-through. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently. - Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications. - Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred. - Bilingual in French preferred. - Functional competencies include agility, attention to detail, collaboration, prioritization, and building strategic partnerships. Requirements - Anticipated base salary range: $95,000 - $115,000. - The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. - This position is bonus eligible.
