Role Description We’re expanding rapidly and looking for our first Solutions Engineer who can own the technical aspect of the sales cycle, build deep customer trust, and shape the future of our platform. Reporting to the VP of Solutions Engineering, this role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of deep technical expertise and executive influence. This includes building champions inside engineering and security teams, accelerating identified opportunities, and developing pipeline. You'll engage C-suite stakeholders with confidence, translating Reco's vision for Dynamic SaaS Security into outcomes they care about. - Lead the technical aspect throughout the sales process. - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and explain how Reco can solve their business challenges. - Drive sales processes by delivering compelling technical demonstrations, proofs of value, deep dives, workshops, etc. - Influence future decisions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience with Reco's product. - Assist customers in integrating Reco's solutions into their security stack. - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity, SaaS, and AI security. - Participate in conferences, keynote, and evangelize Reco to the market. Qualifications - 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar pre-sales roles. - Strong knowledge of SaaS security, SSPM, IAM, etc. - Familiarity with AI security, data governance, and enterprise SaaS ecosystems. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with both execs & engineers. - Startup DNA: proactive, adaptable, customer-obsessed, and collaborative. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. Requirements - Experience at a high-growth security or SaaS startup. - Understanding of posture management, identity governance, API security. - Security certifications (CISSP, CCSP, GIAC). - Hands-on technical skills (scripting, SaaS, integrations).
Senior Solutions Engineer, Majors

• Lead the technical sales cycle from helping with discovery, demo, POC, deep dives until solving the client’s challenge. • Cultivate long-term, trusted advisor relationships with technical stakeholders at all levels within assigned accounts. • Architect solutions to address critical business issues and coordinate internal teams to facilitate technical validation of Reco. • Deliver impactful demos that clearly show how we reduce SaaS and AI risk. • Architect solutions across SaaS, identity, data protection, and AI security. • Guide customers through best practices to secure the AI-SaaS ecosystem, including SaaS and AI Apps, Agent, LLM, MCP, etc. • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence deals & roadmap. • Present confidently to CISOs, CIOs, architects, and security leaders as well as presenting as a keynote.
Threat Detection Engineer

• Dive deep into terabytes of SaaS Application data to identify new attack vectors, emerging threats, and vulnerabilities across various attack surfaces. • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and contribute to the development of cutting-edge threat detection methodologies. • Utilize your technical prowess to investigate complex SaaS & AI security incidents, analyzing data from diverse SaaS applications to uncover the root causes and methods of attack. • Leverage your expertise in data analysis and correlation to fine-tune detection rules and algorithms, minimizing false positives and enhancing the accuracy of the platform's threat alerts. • Drive thought leadership initiatives by creating technical blog posts, delivering webinars, and speaking at conferences to share insights, educate the community, and enhance the company's reputation in the cybersecurity landscape. • Collaborate with security researchers and data scientists to define new threat detection strategies based on SaaS attack vectors and industry trends. • Continuously monitor and analyze SaaS attack techniques, adapting security posture to evolving threats. • Work with APIs and integrations to ingest security logs from various SaaS platforms, correlating signals to detect real threats.
Security Researcher

• Analyze large-scale SaaS security data, investigate incidents, and develop advanced threat detection strategies • Dive deep into terabytes of SaaS Application data to identify new attack vectors, emerging threats, and vulnerabilities • Utilize your technical prowess to investigate complex SaaS & AI security incidents • Leverage your expertise in data analysis to fine-tune detection rules and algorithms • Drive thought leadership initiatives by creating technical blog posts, delivering webinars, and speaking at conferences • Collaborate with security researchers and data scientists to define new threat detection strategies • Continuously monitor and analyze SaaS attack techniques and adapt security posture accordingly • Work with APIs and integrations to ingest security logs from various SaaS platforms
Account Executive

• Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing deals and fostering long-term partnerships. • Work cross-functionally with other teams, including BDR, Marketing, Product Marketing, and Product Management. • Manage your sales pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals. • Serve as the voice of the customer, collecting feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas, including product.
Head of RevOps

• Own the strategy, architecture, and day-to-day execution of revenue operations function • Design, implement, and continually optimize the end-to-end RevOps framework • Own the revenue tech stack strategy and architecture • Collaborate with the CRO and functional leaders to define and iterate on revenue models • Serve as primary administrator and systems owner for all GTM tools • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity in Salesforce • Build and own all reporting, dashboards, and analytics in Salesforce • Partner with internal AI teams to test and deploy AI tools that streamline operational workflows
