Role Description The Global Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of facility operations across multiple international locations. This role ensures the efficient, safe, and sustainable operation of facilities, including offices, data centers, warehouses, and other sites, aligning with organizational goals and compliance standards. - Lead the strategic planning and day-to-day management of global facilities operations across all regions. - Oversee facility maintenance, space planning, lease administration, construction projects, security, and sustainability initiatives. - Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) globally. - Develop and manage facility budgets; identify cost-saving opportunities and track expenditures. - Ensure compliance with international health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards. - Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, and other departments to ensure a high-quality workplace experience. - Implement global facilities policies, procedures, and standardization efforts. - Coordinate real estate strategy, including site selection, lease negotiations, and renewals. - Lead global facility-related projects, including expansions, moves, and renovations. - Support business continuity and emergency preparedness plans for all locations. - Other duties as required by Manager. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., IFMA, PMP) a plus. - 8+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, with 3+ years in a global or multi-site leadership role. - Strong understanding of international building codes, sustainability practices, and workplace technologies. - Experience managing cross-cultural teams and navigating global operations. - Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills. - Proficiency in facilities management software (e.g., CAFM/IWMS systems). Preferred Skills - Experience with corporate real estate and workplace strategy. - Knowledge of ESG and LEED principles. - Multilingual capabilities are a plus. - Comfortable with international travel (up to 25%). Role Description The Mgr - Packaging Project manages day-to-day responsibilities for client project management, including overseeing the overall process and timeline, working proactively to solve challenges that occur throughout the project and developing strong client relationships. This position uses strong technical and category knowledge along with consumer insights to resolve complex problems throughout the project lifecycle. The Mgr – Packing Project is client facing and collaborates across multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally within the client network, acting as the primary liaison in the packaging development process. Job Responsibilities - Works with cross-functional teams in the development of project scope and related timelines which meet the goals and priorities of the project. - Facilitates inputs required for the creative development with brand design agencies for packaging design projects on time and within the brand’s budget from category audit through initial design concept to handoff to agency partners. - Monitors production art development from agency handoff through & including final materials. - Facilitates resolution of art file or printing issues with supplier/printer. - Leads all design extensions & adaptations across multiple structures and substrates for optimal design and print production results. - Communicates and manages print process with printer and design agencies. - Develops, communicates, and manages project priorities, timelines and status to internal and external partners. - Resolves or assists in the resolution of issues within and between projects or team; develops methods to monitor artwork project progress and resolve issues as necessary. - Follows up to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed expectations. - Ensures that risk assessment and contingency planning (for relevant projects) takes place, is communicated and agreed upon by all core team members and is acted on if necessary to keep the project on track or to escalate any unresolved issues. - Ensures compliance to processes and establishes discipline to standardized ways of working. - Manages every portion of the approval process between internal and external partners, ensures alignment at every step of the design and activation process. - Collects packaging project inputs; partners with stakeholders to secure and validate the necessary inputs to effectively execute the project. - Provides technical consultation to the Product Teams to ensure efficient & effective packaging production. - Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of employee(s) to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished. Mentors, coaches, trains and develops team. - Additional duties as assigned. • Lead multiple VCO projects and workstreams end-to-end, owning scope, schedule, budget, team resourcing, and outcomes from initiative design through stage-gate close-out and value realization • Oversee and ensure integrity of labor synergy and headcount tracking across the program master roster, including monthly reconciliation • Lead the design, planning, and execution of integration and transformation workstreams — including TSA management • Author and own executive-level materials for SteerCo, Board, and ELT reviews • Own and continuously improve the VCO’s monthly operating review (MOR) cadence across the five lines of business • Build, own, and refine advanced financial models, business cases, and variance analyses • Lead Corporate Development workstreams in partnership with senior VCO leadership • Drive the development of scalable solutions and governance that enable sustainable growth and operational excellence beyond immediate integration • Lead workstreams within the VCO’s commercial intelligence initiative (Project Oculus) • Proactively identify, scope, and prioritize enterprise-level risks across assigned portfolios • Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports and project team members
