Senior Director, Transformation & Corporate Development

• Lead multiple VCO projects and workstreams end-to-end, owning scope, schedule, budget, team resourcing, and outcomes from initiative design through stage-gate close-out and value realization • Oversee and ensure integrity of labor synergy and headcount tracking across the program master roster, including monthly reconciliation • Lead the design, planning, and execution of integration and transformation workstreams — including TSA management • Author and own executive-level materials for SteerCo, Board, and ELT reviews • Own and continuously improve the VCO’s monthly operating review (MOR) cadence across the five lines of business • Build, own, and refine advanced financial models, business cases, and variance analyses • Lead Corporate Development workstreams in partnership with senior VCO leadership • Drive the development of scalable solutions and governance that enable sustainable growth and operational excellence beyond immediate integration • Lead workstreams within the VCO’s commercial intelligence initiative (Project Oculus) • Proactively identify, scope, and prioritize enterprise-level risks across assigned portfolios • Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports and project team members
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, project/program management, corporate development, or transformation roles
- Experience in M&A integration, post-merger synergy capture, or corporate transformation is required
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and deliver quality results on time and on budget across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Prior experience in a PE-backed portfolio company environment, an Integration Management Office (IMO) / Value Creation Office (VCO), or a top-tier management consulting firm is highly desirable
- Experience leading and developing direct reports or project team members is strongly preferred.

Role Description Our Personal Lines division is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Underwriter to join our team. This role is open to remote and is a full-time, exempt position. This role is crucial in helping our agents find tailored solutions, focusing on High Value accounts and customers with complex insurance needs. This position encompasses all lines of business for these clients. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree. - Minimum of 5 years of PL high value underwriting or high value sales experience. - CPCU, CIC, CPRIA or related insurance designations preferred. - Ability to work in a fast-paced or stressful environment. - Strong team collaboration skills and strong communication skills. - Travel: 25%-35% agency travel required (both in-person and virtual).
