Role Description The Project Manager, Global Bioprocess Innovation will partner closely with the Vice President of Global Bioprocess Innovation to drive execution of strategic bioprocess development and production initiatives across Oath Biome's global ecosystem. This role will coordinate activities across internal teams and external partners, ensuring projects progress on schedule, risks are identified early, and cross-functional teams remain aligned. The position will serve as the central point of coordination for innovation programs spanning process development, product development, product supply and delivery, and manufacturing partners. Key Responsibilities - Program Management - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and action trackers for bioprocess innovation and R&D programs. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables. - Lead project meetings and track decisions, risks, and action items. - Escalate obstacles and drive resolution across teams. - External Partner Coordination - Support management of CDMOs, CROs, analytical laboratories, and strategic partners. - Track technology transfer activities, sample production campaigns, and development milestones. - Coordinate site visits, audits, and follow-up actions. - Innovation Portfolio Support - Maintain visibility across all development programs and strategic initiatives. - Support prioritization, resource planning, and roadmap development. - Prepare dashboards, presentations, and executive updates. - Process Improvement - Establish project management tools, templates, and best practices. - Improve communication and information flow across departments. - Support implementation of stage-gate and governance processes. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Engineering, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or related field. - 5-7 years of project management experience in biotechnology, agriculture, fermentation, food, pharmaceutical, or related industries. - Strong organizational, alignment-building, and communication skills. - Experience coordinating across technical teams, internal business development teams, and external partners. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with fermentation, microbial products, or biomanufacturing. - PMP certification or equivalent project management training. - Familiarity with CDMO management, process development, or product commercialization. - Deep expertise using relevant software packages and tools (e.g., Google Docs, Microsoft Office, Jira or Asana type task trackers, Confluence or other electronic notebook tools, Gantt charting tools like Smartsheets or others, etc.) Location - Vacaville or Bay Area (remote), willingness to travel 10% of the time. Compensation - $88,000-130,000 base salary. - Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s primary work location and other job-related factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, interview performance, internal equity, and market data. - Candidates located in higher cost markets, including the San Francisco Bay Area, may be considered within the higher end of the range.

Role Description The Integration Management Office (IMO) Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex M&A integration programs within the organization, specifically for the GBS Financial business line and practices. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of processes, systems, and cultures, and delivering programs on time and within budget. The Senior Program Manager will work closely with stakeholders and leaders to align integration activities with business objectives and strategic goals. How you'll make an impact - Program Leadership: - Lead the M&A due diligence and integration processes from the signing of the offer (term sheet/LOI), ensuring a structured and strategic approach to discovery, planning and execution. - Develop and implement a detailed integration roadmap that begins at the term sheet stage, aligning with organizational goals and strategic priorities. - Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. - Monitor program progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion. - Ensure sustained engagement and alignment of cross-functional teams throughout the entire M&A lifecycle, from initial offer to full integration and beyond. - Oversee post-integration management and leadership activities, ensuring that integration efforts achieve long-term business objectives and cultural alignment. - Lead and manage multiple integration programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Stakeholder Management: - Collaborate with senior leadership, business and operations leads, external advisors and merger partners to define integration objectives and deliverables. - Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, drive decision-making, and resolve conflicts. - Provide regular updates to program and IMO stakeholders on program status, risks, issues, and changes. - Risk Management: - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on program outcomes. - Conduct regular risk assessments and implement corrective actions as needed. - Conduct risk and issue escalations as required. - Process Improvement: - Analyze existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. - Implement best practices and standardized methodologies to enhance due diligence and integration efficiencies and effectiveness. - Change Management: - Develop and execute change management plans to support successful integration and adoption of new processes and systems. - Provide support for new merger partners to facilitate smooth transitions. - Performance Measurement: - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure integration success and track progress. - Conduct integration evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field; master’s degree preferred. - Extensive experience in project management, with a focus on M&A integration. - Background or experience managing projects in the financial consulting space – i.e., wealth management, retirement plan consulting, executive benefits, investment consulting (defined benefits, defined contribution), life and annuity brokerage and underwriting, etc. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in project management software and tools; Planview ProjectPlace experience preferred but not required. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
