• Manage small-scale, client-specific projects throughout the project lifecycle, including kickoffs, monitoring project progress, ensuring on-time delivery, and timely invoicing • Translate client requests and requirements into detailed plans and collaborate with account team members and/or the client during kickoff meetings • Ensure accurate and timely generation of invoices while maintaining correct project details
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic/Packaging Design, or a related field
- 1+ years of prior experience coordinating projects in a graphic manufacturing environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced Spanish and/or English will be considered an advantage
