Qualifications - 12+ years of progressive experience in Project/Program Management, with demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder deployments. - 7+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, distribution center commissioning, or end-to-end automation deployment (AMRs, AS/RS, conveyors, robotics, or similar). - Proven track record managing hardware + software integration projects in industries such as warehousing, e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or cold chain. - Direct experience commissioning goods-to-person systems, automated storage & retrieval, or robotic picking solutions is highly desirable. - Strategic thinker with strong organizational agility; able to manage multiple concurrent projects at different phases. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable making data-driven decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. - Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to C-suite and frontline operations teams alike. - Proficiency with JIRA (issue tracking), Confluence (documentation), and standard project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent). - Comfortable operating in a startup-scale environment where processes are evolving and initiative is rewarded. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for site visits, commissioning, and customer engagement (up to 40%).
