Job Description

Project Delivery Manager

Prime Robotics

• Partner with the Prime Sales team to understand customer warehouse layouts, throughput requirements, integration complexity (WMS, ERP, MES), and geographic deployment constraints. • Define implementation strategies for AMR, AS/RS, and software deployments—factoring in site infrastructure, racking configurations, and network readiness. • Develop high-level project timelines and resource estimates to support proposals and SOW development. • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Finance to validate effort estimates, hardware lead times, and service delivery costs. • Lead the Sales-to-Delivery handover process, ensuring all contractual commitments, scope boundaries, and customer expectations are clearly documented and understood. • Analyze contracts to define scope, key deliverables, acceptance criteria, and major milestones aligned to Prime's delivery methodology. • Establish the project charter, RACI, communication protocols, and cadenced governance structure (weekly status calls, steering committees, etc.). • Conduct gap analysis with customer and Prime cross-functional teams (Hardware Engineering, Software, Supply Chain, Field Services) to surface risks early. • Define measurable success criteria, go-live KPIs, throughput targets, system uptime SLAs, and establish baselines for performance tracking. • Monitor progress against timelines, budget, and milestone commitments; proactively surface risks and drive resolution before they impact go-live. • Maintain clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders—customer leadership, Prime HQ (Denver), field teams, and third-party integrators.

Job Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in Project/Program Management, with demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder deployments.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, distribution center commissioning, or end-to-end automation deployment (AMRs, AS/RS, conveyors, robotics, or similar).
  • Proven track record managing hardware + software integration projects in industries such as warehousing, e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or cold chain.
  • Direct experience commissioning goods-to-person systems, automated storage & retrieval, or robotic picking solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strategic thinker with strong organizational agility; able to manage multiple concurrent projects at different phases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable making data-driven decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to C-suite and frontline operations teams alike.
  • Proficiency with JIRA (issue tracking), Confluence (documentation), and standard project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
  • Comfortable operating in a startup-scale environment where processes are evolving and initiative is rewarded.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for site visits, commissioning, and customer engagement (up to 40%).

Benefits

  • Employer-subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance plans to support your health and wellbeing.
  • Dedicated vacation and sick leave that allows you to recharge and take care of yourself when needed.
  • Invaluable hands-on experience with cutting-edge robotics technology that keeps your skills at the industry forefront.
  • A collaborative culture where innovation thrives and your work has a real impact.
  • The excitement of contributing to transformative technology in a fast-growing industry.

• Vision and strategy for agentic support. You'll define what the support function needs to look like as AI capabilities evolve — setting the architecture for how customer-facing agents, orchestration layers, and human escalation paths fit together. This isn't a roadmap you inherit; it's one you build and continuously refine as the technology and the product surface area change. • Customer-facing agent design and operations. You'll own the build-out of an AI-native support layer — designing the agents customers interact with, the knowledge bases that power them, the escalation logic that routes edge cases to humans, and the quality standards that govern all of it. You're not enabling a tool; you're designing a system. • Analytical rigor and business decision support. You'll own the metrics that matter: ticket inflow rates, autonomous resolution rates, escalation patterns, time-to-resolution, and the gap between incoming and resolved volume. You'll use this data to make and support business decisions — including when to deploy additional agent capacity, when to invest in knowledge base coverage, and where human support is still the right answer. • Team leadership and development. You'll manage, coach, and grow a team that operates at the intersection of technical investigation, customer empathy, and engineering partnership. You'll own performance development, create clarity on roles and expectations, and build a culture where people do their best work. • Agentic bug triage and resolution. You'll formalize how AI agents are used in the bug investigation and resolution workflow — defining which categories of issues are in scope for agent-assisted diagnosis, establishing human review gates, and working with engineering to make the workflow fast and safe. • Cross-functional partnership. Support sits at the center of the product feedback loop. You'll maintain strong working relationships with Engineering, Customer Success, and Product — ensuring that patterns in support data flow into sprint planning and that escalations move quickly when they need to. • Scaling for product growth. With multiple products launching in 2026, you'll own the readiness plan — ensuring agents, processes, and the team are prepared for a significant increase in ticket volume from daily-use products with larger, more diverse user bases.
