• End-to-end accounts receivable bookkeeping: review, account assignment, and posting of outgoing invoices with a focus on B2B • Dunning & cash collection: independently manage the dunning process and monitor outstanding items • Cash application & bank reconciliation: allocate incoming payments and reconcile bank accounts • Month-end and year-end closing: actively participate in closing activities, including account reconciliations and provisions • Process optimization: identify improvement opportunities and actively help shape scalable, automated AR processes • Systems work: confident day-to-day use of DATEV, AccountOne and CountX

• As Senior Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager (all genders), you take on a central role in our CRM & Retention Team. • You combine strategic thinking with commercial understanding, ensuring that our campaigns are not only well-planned but also measurably successful. • You develop a consistent campaign strategy based on our business objectives, translate these into a clearly prioritized marketing calendar, and ensure that all measures are consistently aligned with revenue growth. • You plan and manage commercial campaigns and events holistically, ensure early alignment between all teams involved, and make sure that key initiatives receive the necessary priority across the entire organization. • You define clear goals, KPIs, and budgets for each campaign, take ownership of operational steering across all involved functions, and ensure a clear assignment of tasks and responsibilities. • You identify risks early and proactively develop countermeasures to minimize challenges arising from market changes, internal dependencies, or operational hurdles. • You evaluate campaign results against defined KPIs, conduct structured post-mortem analyses, and develop best practices and playbooks for recurring campaign formats and seasonal sales events. • You continuously analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities, using these insights to identify new growth opportunities and further develop our strategy.
• As a Demand Planner at Glow25, you are the central point who turns market signals, campaign data, and sales inputs into a reliable, decision-ready demand baseline. • You prepare the monthly 12-month rolling forecast based on market data, promotions, and historical patterns. • You take ownership of the Demand Review and prepare all relevant documentation in a structured manner. • You regularly coordinate with the Commercial team to integrate campaign and forecast inputs. • You implement our demand planning tool and actively contribute to the development and enhancement of the system logic. • You develop scenario analyses to make different planning assumptions transparent and decision-ready. • You track relevant KPIs such as MAPE and Bias and derive actionable recommendations from them. • You produce KPI reports and decision-log entries that ensure a traceable planning history. • You actively participate in the weekly S&OE and the monthly S&OP processes.
• You independently set up, manage, and optimize Paid Social campaigns (primarily Meta and TikTok) — including targeting, bidding, creative selection, and the configuration and publication of campaigns, ad sets, and ads. • You analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights to improve performance (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CTR), presenting your findings in a clear, structured manner. • You plan and run A/B tests — for example on creatives, audiences, and ad copy — and continually contribute to increasing campaign effectiveness. • You support the setup, testing, and scaling of new paid channels such as TikTok, Outbrain, or affiliate, and help drive cross-channel integration. • You collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Creative, Copy, Data) and external partners to develop and execute high-performing campaigns across the full customer journey.
• As a Global Tax Expert (all genders) you are the central coordination point for all tax matters across the company. • You manage external advisors, create internal clarity through policies and processes, and ensure Glow25 is always on the safe side tax-wise. • You are an owner, not an executor – you know what needs to be done, find the right experts and make sure it happens. • You are THE central point of contact for all tax-related questions. • You build a Tax Governance framework and develop internal policies on tax-relevant topics such as company events, gifts and entertainment/hospitality expenses. • You are responsible for VAT structure and processes for our e‑commerce and marketplace business – both domestic and international. • You coordinate OSS, ZM and VAT (USt) filings with Accounting and external advisors and proactively monitor VAT risks. • You are the owner for withholding tax, the artists' social security contribution (Künstlersozialabgabe) and payroll tax-related matters and coordinate their implementation with HR and external tax advisors. • You provide tax support for new product launches and country rollouts – including customs, import VAT and country-specific requirements. • You are responsible for tax positions in the monthly and annual close and build tax transparency into reporting. • You coordinate and support tax audits and, in the medium term, develop a transfer pricing framework.

• Partner with Product and Marketing: Work closely with Product Managers and Marketers to define success metrics, evaluate experiments, and generate actionable insights. • Build and Maintain the Funnel: Own a sophisticated conversion funnel setup that connects user behavior across platforms and channels. • Tracking & Instrumentation: Contribute to event tracking design, including server-side tracking, to ensure reliable and privacy-compliant data collection. • Campaign Analysis: Help the Marketing team understand campaign performance, user acquisition quality, and channel effectiveness. • Collaborate with CRM: Partner with the CRM team to deliver insights across subscriptions, newsletter performance, refer-a-friend, and loyalty programs to optimize retention and customer lifetime value. • Data Modeling & Engineering: Use SQL and dbt to model clean, usable datasets that power dashboards and ad-hoc analysis. • Proactive Analysis: Identify trends, user behaviors, and opportunities for product or marketing improvement - without always being asked. • Enable Self-Serve: Help build a culture of data access by creating clear documentation, training materials, and intuitive self-service data sets in Lightdash.
