Demand Planner

Primal State Performance GmbH

• As a Demand Planner at Glow25, you are the central point who turns market signals, campaign data, and sales inputs into a reliable, decision-ready demand baseline. • You prepare the monthly 12-month rolling forecast based on market data, promotions, and historical patterns. • You take ownership of the Demand Review and prepare all relevant documentation in a structured manner. • You regularly coordinate with the Commercial team to integrate campaign and forecast inputs. • You implement our demand planning tool and actively contribute to the development and enhancement of the system logic. • You develop scenario analyses to make different planning assumptions transparent and decision-ready. • You track relevant KPIs such as MAPE and Bias and derive actionable recommendations from them. • You produce KPI reports and decision-log entries that ensure a traceable planning history. • You actively participate in the weekly S&OE and the monthly S&OP processes.

Job Requirements

  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a comparable field.
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related planning environment.
  • You have solid experience working with demand planning tools and, ideally, with D2C models and digital platforms.
  • You are proficient with ERP systems; ideally you have experience with Reybex or similar systems.
  • You are familiar with Excel and BI tools and can prepare and visualize data in a structured way.
  • You have experience with S&OP and S&OE processes and know how to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • You are familiar with relevant forecast KPIs such as MAPE and Bias and can interpret them accurately from a methodological perspective.
  • You communicate fluently in German and English (at least C1), both written and spoken.
