Job Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience in influencer marketing, social media, or the creator economy — ideally in a fast-growing D2C or e-commerce environment with a performance focus
- Solid knowledge in end-to-end management of influencer campaigns (brand and performance)
- Experience with affiliate structures, discount codes, and social commerce mechanics
- A strong sense for content, audiences, and platform dynamics — especially Instagram and TikTok
- Active interest in process optimization, automation, and the use of AI
- A degree in marketing, communications, or media is a plus but not required — strong practical experience counts just as much.
Benefits
- Flexible work arrangements that suit you. Work when and where you're most productive — with flexible hours and smart time tracking.
- Glow Card — a monthly bonus. €50 credit per month for local providers — that's an extra €600 per year for you.
- Easy professional development. Stay up to date with our Glowcademy and weekly learning time.
- 40% employee discount across the entire range — a real perk.
- Time off that does you good. 30 days of annual leave + 1 personal holiday + up to 10 additional unpaid days if you need a longer break.
- Health benefits. We cover up to €600 per year for additional health services — from glasses to dental cleaning.
- Strong retirement support. After the probation period you receive a €600 subsidy for pension contributions — and if you contribute yourself, we add another 20%.
- Corporate Benefits & FutureBens. Get exclusive discounts and perks from many partners.
- Glow25 merch. Our team look, your statement.
- A culture that truly shines. For five consecutive years we have been recognized as a Top Company on Kununu — a real testament to our strong, positive, and lived company culture.
