• Own end-to-end negotiation of complex enterprise agreements—including MSAs, BAAs, DPAs, and security addenda—with large health systems and pharmacy organizations; build scalable contract templates to enable a fast-moving GTM team; navigate procurement processes at large institutions without sacrificing deal velocity; advise on deal structure, risk allocation, and escalation paths • Serve as the company’s legal resource on HIPAA, BAAs, data privacy, and related healthcare regulations; advise the company on how legal and regulatory requirements impact our platform, customer relationships, and contracting; partner with Security, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to support adherence to applicable compliance standards; monitor the evolving healthcare regulatory landscape and proactively identify legal and regulatory risks; and provide counsel on issues involving liability, breach response, reporting obligations, and regulatory inquiries. • Manage ongoing corporate governance and board-related legal matters; support future fundraising rounds including coordination with outside counsel on financing, cap table, and investor agreements; manage entity-level legal hygiene and corporate records • Partner with People/HR on employment agreements, offer letters, equity, and policy matters; advise on hiring, performance, and separation matters across a growing team; help build a legally sound, people-first employee experience
• Manage full sales cycles from lead to close, including contract creation and contract negotiations, while working cross functionally to ensure a premium level experience for all stakeholders • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently close business • Actively participate in industry-relevant trade conferences and events • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success
• Configure Plenful for New Customers and Use Cases: Work with customers to execute implementation on established use cases and help Plenful continually improve our implementation process, bringing customers value more quickly and efficiently. • Engage Customers: Represent Plenful in customer-facing meetings to gather feedback, understand client-specific needs, and assist in custom configuration. • Guide timelines, gently hold customers accountable to follow-up tasks, and continually raise the bar for customer experience. • Support Customers: Provide omnichannel support for customers and help develop documentation on best practices with the Plenful platform. • Collaborate with Account Management and Sales: Work closely with Account Management, Product Solutions, and Sales to define operational requirements for use case templates and modules, ensuring alignment with client needs and market demands. • Partner with Account Management and Sales to identify opportunities and lead implementations for contract expansions. • Engineering and Product: Work closely with Engineering and Product Solutions on communicating new feature development needs and product requirements. • Be a key part of the feedback loop between customers and product by providing business context, customer feedback, and input on product design.
• Own implementation outcomes and long-term success for use cases in our Intake Authorization Suite, serving as the subject matter expert to guide early alignment, efficient and robust implementations, and scalable support mechanisms for a critical and growing segment of our business • Serve as a player-coach on our Technical Customer Success team, balancing hands-on technical leadership with building a high-performing team that can manage Intake Authorization implementations day-to-day • Drive time-to-value for our Intake Authorization customers by designing efficient, repeatable implementation templates and playbooks, and continuously refining onboarding workflows • Collaborate deeply with cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Sales, Product, and Engineering to gather requirements, configure solutions, and ensure ongoing value delivery • Lead technical problem solving—from SQL queries and Python scripts to API/FHIR integrations—directly unblocking implementations when needed • Build tight feedback loops with Product and Engineering, ensuring customer insights shape roadmap priorities and product enhancements • Own KPI outcomes for Intake Authorization implementations including time to value, customer satisfaction, and resolution times, and ensure the team is tracking and exceeding targets.
• Own end-to-end recruiting across the company, from intake through offer, with a focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience • Ensure recruiting practices maintain a high talent bar and align with company values • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performance recruiting team, providing clear priorities and day-to-day support • Develop and execute a long-term, scalable recruitment strategy aligned with business growth & product roadmaps • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to align on hiring needs, role definitions, and timelines • Design and improve recruiting processes with an automation-first mindset, reducing manual work and increasing consistency • Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI-enabled recruiting tools across sourcing, screening, scheduling, and reporting • Establish lightweight, structured interview practices and hiring manager guidance • Track key recruiting metrics and use data and insights to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement

• Lead solution discovery and needs assessment across active sales cycles to align customer priorities with Plenful’s capabilities • Partner with Sales to co-own deal strategy, shaping value narratives and competitive positioning for complex and enterprise opportunities • Design and deliver tailored product demos and workflow walkthroughs that clearly communicate business impact and ROI • Act as a trusted advisor on pharmacy operations, intake automation, prior authorization, and 340B workflows to guide buying decisions • Support pilots and proof-of-concepts to validate business outcomes and accelerate stakeholder confidence • Capture and translate customer insights into actionable feedback for Product, Marketing, and Sales enablement • Establish Plenful as the Vendor of Choice by building executive trust, demonstrating value, and driving consensus across buyer groups
• Proactively monitor account health indicators and engage customers, including regular usage/ROI analysis, business reviews, and on-site customer visits. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, starting at their implementation kick-off call. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. • Oversee and track the progress of customer implementations for new use cases. • Work closely with technical team members on back-end configuration to ensure customer success. • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for contract expansion by understanding customer needs, aligning them with Plenful offerings, and determining new statement of work terms. • Set a high standard for clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism in all customer interactions. • Lead internal process improvement related to customer communication. • Lead data-driven optimization efforts and analysis to help us better serve our customers and put in the best processes to ensure scalability.
• Own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across engineering, infrastructure, data, and product-adjacent teams • Partner closely with engineering leaders to define roles, calibrate scope and seniority, and align on hiring priorities • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles using outbound, referrals, and targeted market mapping • Screen candidates with a strong technical lens, assessing both depth of expertise and ability to succeed in a startup environment • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent market conditions, compensation expectations, and tradeoffs • Manage candidate experience from first touch through offer close, ensuring clear communication and strong engagement • Drive process improvements across candidate outreach, interviewing, calibration, and closing to support fast but thoughtful hiring • Track pipeline health, identify hiring risks early, and communicate clearly with stakeholders • Partner with People and Finance Teams to support headcount planning and scalable recruiting practices
