• Serve as a pharmacy domain expert in enterprise sales meetings, supporting complex deals with large health systems and pharmacy organizations. • Lead or support conversations focused on 340B operations and/or intake and prior authorization workflow. • Provide value and partnership with pharmacy executives by speaking fluently about operational realities, regulatory considerations, and workflow pain points. • Collaborate with Sales to shape deal strategy, respond to detailed pharmacy-specific questions, and support late-stage deal acceleration. • Partner with our SVP Pharmacy on strategy and prioritization of new offerings and solutions
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in pharmacy operations or pharmacy consulting, ideally within large health systems or enterprise healthcare organizations.
- 4+ years of leaders pharmacy leadership experience
- Deep expertise in 340B programs and/or intake and authorization workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with Directors of Pharmacy, VPs, and Chief Pharmacy Officers.
- Exceptional communication skills—able to explain complex workflows clearly to both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
- Comfort operating in high-visibility, customer-facing environments, including executive meetings and presentations.
- Experience across multiple sites of care (specialty pharmacy, hospital outpatient departments, infusion centers, home infusion).
- Prior experience partnering with or working alongside healthcare technology vendors.
- Exposure to SaaS platforms, workflow automation, or digital transformation initiatives in pharmacy.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how pharmacy operations impact financial and operational outcomes.

Role Description The Tech I Prior Auth takes in-bound calls from providers, pharmacies, members, etc., providing professional and courteous phone assistance to all callers through the criteria-based prior authorization process. Maintains complete, timely, and accurate documentation of reviews and transfers all clinical questions, escalations, and judgment calls to the pharmacist team.
