Role Description As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Platform9, you will combine strong technical depth with account management skills to deliver Personalized, Proactive, Preventative, and Reactive enterprise-class support and customer success services. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our team to help onboard and support customers using Platform9 Managed OpenStack and Platform9 Managed Kubernetes products. As a Solutions Architect, you will be the key technical contact for our customers, guiding them through their journey of adopting and scaling with our cloud native platforms. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, architect tailored solutions, and ensure successful integration and deployment. Additionally, you will deliver timely professional services solutions to customers based on the gathered requirements agreed upon timelines and defined success criteria.
