Key Account Manager
Peratera
Role Description As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening and expanding our most strategic merchant relationships. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will ensure Peratera remains a trusted partner for high-value clients worldwide. You will own the full commercial lifecycle of your portfolio, driving retention and revenue growth while positioning Peratera as a market leader in the payments industry. What You’ll Do - Lead and nurture relationships with key merchants, serving as their primary senior advocate within Peratera. - Proactively engage merchants via email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings to meet and exceed revenue and retention KPI targets. - Represent Peratera at global industry events and conferences to build brand presence and network with key decision-makers. - Collaborate with the Sales team to close major international deals and accelerate go-to-market initiatives. - Support the onboarding process by overseeing the collection and pre-screening of due diligence documentation to ensure a smooth transition. - Monitor merchant activity and payment performance (success rates, conversion), turn data insights into actionable growth strategies. - Provide market insights and client-driven feedback to the Product and Tech teams to guide innovation and improve service delivery. - Own and drive high-priority merchant issues end-to-end, coordinating with Finance, Compliance, and Tech teams. Qualifications - 5+ years of proven success in account management or customer success, consistently exceeding performance targets. - 3+ years of experience in digital banking, payments, or fintech (ideally in cross-border payments). - Experience managing iGaming merchant portfolios is highly preferred. - A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to closing high-value opportunities and driving upsells. - Proficiency with leading CRM systems and a strong ability to report on sales metrics and pipeline health. - Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - A solutions-oriented professional who can remove blockers and navigate complex organizational structures. Nice to Have - Experience with distributed, multi-provider payment platforms. - Understanding of technical integration flows (callbacks, polling, retries). - Experience working with merchants in the CIS or Eastern European regions. Role Description We are looking for an energetic and driven Affiliate Manager to take ownership of our affiliate partnerships within the Chilean market. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, monitor traffic and revenue trends, and manage both top-performing and underperforming partners to maximize results. A taster of what you will be involved with: - Work with Betsson Group’s Affiliate team from a strategy and acquisition perspective. - Develop and maintain negotiations and relationships with key Chilean affiliate networks and partners. - Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to measure effectiveness and work with managers to develop forecasts aligned with budget. - Identify and cultivate top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key partners. - Create monthly promotions and communications for marketing affiliates. - Collaborate with internal teams to continually improve landing pages and overall marketing campaigns across the affiliate network. - Develop marketing campaigns for the affiliate program and lead affiliate recruitment. - Implement strategies to increase the quality and performance of affiliate partners. - Work with the LATAM Marketing team to build go-to-market strategies aimed at growing the affiliate business in Brazil. Qualifications - Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or commercial roles—ideally within the Chilean market. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose strategic improvements. - Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. - Sales-oriented approach and a proactive attitude toward achieving growth targets. - Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Fluency in English (spoken and written). - Knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, or iGaming is considered an asset. - Remote Mode, but located in Chile. • Assume primary lead for the client upon client acceptance of proposal • Maintain and manage business opportunities with existing clients • Development of client agendas and slide presentations • Lead and/or support calls with client and LMR, faculty, and/or content experts regarding content and direction • Provide direction to support team on all aspects of project management to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded • Mentor personnel at the Associate Account Executive, Account Executive, and/or Senior Account Executive levels.
• Own relationships for all partners in Italy and Mediterranean. • Drive the regional partnering strategy to achieve jointly agreed pipeline generation, enablement and business objectives for the region. • Partner with the global channel and regional field Wiz sales and technical teams to build a joint business plan for the partnering strategy in region. • Drive and lead the internal enablement on the partner go-to-market and value for the region. • Develop and Execute Business Plans with named Partner Accounts in the region. • Drive Account mapping activities with Partner Sellers and Wiz Sellers. • Support and contribute to regional and channel team meetings to present updates on the regional performance and progress. • Share partnering best practice with Wiz Sellers and Specialist teams. • Influence the regional partners' cloud strategy on targeted accounts. • Proactive/reactive account knowledge of cloud spend and commitments, account info, billing contact, etc. • Go-to contact for any partner activities support in sales cycle of deals in your region regardless of Partnership type. • Own escalations and ensure any challenges are resolved. • Hold Partners accountable for Wiz Partner Rules of Engagement. • Partner Application management and administration. • Own Reseller Agreement process while collaborating with Wiz Legal. • MNDA, OTRA, master agreements, order forms. • Deliver Wiz First Meeting Pitch to Partner teams. • Align with Wiz Marketing on regional strategy with Partners. • Work with field marketing on driving attendance, and communicate follow up strategy. • Manage available budgets (and spiff promotion, execution). • ACE management of Incoming ACE deals via Workspan integration in SFDC. • Deal Registration Qualification and administration. • Manage deals alongside Wiz Sellers to ensure smooth partner engagement. • Track private offers and work with Wiz Seller, Partner Operations to ensure the deal runs smoothly. • Partner team forecasting ensuring proper deal management and engagement in opportunities. • Weekly reports updates to teams supported and leadership.
