• Client Leadership + Strategic Advisory • Account Management: As the main point of contact for clients, you are responsible for the overall success and strategic management of client accounts. • Strategy: Serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients, building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and guiding long-term partnership growth. • Own and optimize HubSpot (CRM architecture, workflows, automation, integrations) • Design and implement scalable processes across the full revenue lifecycle (lead → deal → revenue) • Evaluate and manage additional tools across the GTM stack (e.g., attribution, forecasting, reporting) • Define and maintain a clean, reliable source of truth for revenue data • Build dashboards and reporting to track pipeline health, conversion rates, deal velocity, and revenue performance • Translate data into actionable insights for leadership and GTM teams • Establish forecasting methodologies and pipeline management best practices • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in funnel performance and drive improvements • Partner with leadership on revenue planning and goal-setting • Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Talent, Partnerships, and Finance • Standardize processes and definitions across teams (e.g., stages, KPIs, attribution) • Support compensation planning, territory design, and performance tracking • Create the RevOps roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business impact • Lay the foundation for future team growth (hiring, tooling, processes) • Bring structure to a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment
• Conduct legal research • Research relevant laws, regulations, and case law affecting the influencer and entertainment industry, including intellectual property, privacy, employment, and contract law. • Investigate updates in social media policies, FTC guidelines, advertising standards, and platform-specific rules to ensure compliance. • Draft memos on emerging legal issues, providing a concise analysis for the business and legal teams. • Review and revise branded content, marketing, talent management, licensing, and appearance agreements • Provide expertise regarding laws, regulations, industry customs and practices related to short-form digital programming, e-commerce, retail, political communications and tech • Liaise with other departments, such as talent management and marketing, to address legal questions regarding creator agreements, brand guidelines, and campaign execution. • Prepare deal summaries for use by marketing, content, finance, etc. • Organize and maintain a database of executed agreements, ensuring easy access and retrieval of contract information. • Analyze and advise on the ramifications and relative risk of deal structures
• Develop Distribution Strategies: Craft social media amplification strategies on behalf of our clients that meet their goals and maximize their budget, optimizing for cost-efficiency, performance, and measurable outcomes. • Creator Marketing Activations: Own end-to-end development, execution, and optimization of creator-driven campaigns—proactively driving timelines, identifying next steps, and ensuring campaigns deliver against performance goals without requiring direction. • Content & Distribution Strategy: Oversee UGC content pipelines, paid media amplification, clipping and amplification accounts, and other innovative distribution methods to ensure visibility and impact. Own and optimize campaign performance from a distribution perspective across all channels and tactics. Identify, test, and scale emerging distribution tactics (e.g., clipping networks, meme ecosystems, new platform behaviors). • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for sourcing creators, managing activations, and sustaining industry relationships. This role will provide day-to-day technical support, optimize our systems (including Google Workspace), and help evolve our IT processes. • Build and refine a sales playbook tailored to Palette’s marketing services, including prospecting approaches, outreach scripts, pricing tactics, and negotiation guidelines • Deliver on annual sales bookings and revenue targets by identifying and securing new client opportunities. • Create tailored proposals that address client challenges and position Palette as a strategic thought‑partner. • Negotiate campaign rates and develop scalable pricing structures that align with industry standards. • Prepare monthly/quarterly revenue forecasts and pipeline reports. • Monitor KPIs such as revenue generated, number and quality of leads, lead conversion rates, customer‑acquisition cost, and client retention. • Maintain strong relationships with C‑suite executives and key decision‑makers at client organization to ensure Palette is top of mind. • Serve as clients’ primary point of contact during the sales process and ensure a smooth handover to account managers or campaign managers. • Work closely cross-functionally to develop integrated campaigns and ensure that influencer strategies align with client goals. • As the business scales, hire and coach sales reps, setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing training.
• Serve as the singular Audio Division Talent Coordinator for the entire Palette roster under the instruction of the Head of Talent, as well as the primary liaison between Palette and all record labels, clearing houses + independent artists contracting creators for audio promo campaigns on TikTok/IG/Snap/YT Shorts. • Deliver and negotiate rates with partners, confirming firm offers, adding the offers to our internal management system, and presenting the offer to creators in a clear, concise manner. • Communicate between the partner and creator expected delivery dates, delays, and re-draft requirements + caption requirements + live links, adding the opted-in offer to our internal accounting system, and procuring payment remittance details for the accounting department. • Attend all stand up meetings (12.30pm ET / 9.30am PT) with Talent Team, as well as additional internal meetings (Scouting, Coordinator Regroups, ad hoc meetings with Talent). In these meetings, the AD Talent Coordinator will provide insights, thoughts, and take an active role in developing the Team’s understanding of the market, as it evolves. • Iterate and improve on our internal data systems to ensure we are providing the most streamlined and effective offering for external partners, as well as our roster as it relates to their audio promotional businesses. • Actively respond across the various channels of communication (imessage text group threads, slack, whatsapp, etc.). • Present potential management scouting selections on a weekly basis, as well as attend intro meetings with potential signees. • Keep up with the latest social media trends such as, but not limited to news stories, memes, trending sounds, etc. • Maintain an organized process and structure.
