• Target & Land New National Accounts: Identify, prioritize, and pursue a focused list of mid-tier national targets with clear strategies, stakeholder maps, and next steps. • Drive the end-to-end new account capture process, from first meeting through agreement, onboarding, first PO, and early success milestones. • Build & Manage A New Business Pipeline: Maintain an always-on prospecting cadence (outreach, discovery, demos, samples, pilots) to create consistent qualified opportunities. • Own pipeline opportunities in CRM with accurate stages, values, close dates, risks, and action plans. • Develop Winning Account Strategies & Value Propositions: Create customer-specific proposals that connect product, merchandising, service levels, and margin to the account’s core objectives. • Translate market/competitor insights into a differentiated pitch (assortment, innovation, packaging, promotions, and support). • Lead Commercial Negotiations & Close Profitable Deals: Negotiate pricing, terms, programs, and operational requirements to secure sustainable, margin-positive agreements. • Coordinate internal approvals and ensure deal structures align with company policies and long-term growth goals. • Own National Account Onboarding & Launch Extension: Partner with operations, customer service, and supply chain to align item setup, ordering processes, and fulfillment readiness. • Drive launch plans that include timelines, training, merchandising, marketing support, and early performance tracking. • Expand Assortment, Placement, and Program Penetration: Identify whitespace opportunities to increase range, category coverage, and points of distribution across the account footprint. • Build annual/seasonal growth plans including promotions, new items, resets, and display/merchandising opportunities. • Coordinate Cross-Functional Support to Win & Retain: Collaborate with product/marketing to create customer-ready sell stories, content, and tools that support conversion and adoption. • Align internal stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and deliverables to avoid launch friction and improve customer experience. • Use Data to Guide Decisions & Improve Performance: Track KPIs (pipeline conversion, win rate, time-to-close, launch readiness, program adoption) and adjust tactics accordingly. • Analyze account performance and recommend corrective actions (assortment, pricing, service, promotions, inventory flow). • Represent The Brand at National Meetings & Industry Events: Build relationships with senior decision-makers, buying groups, and category leaders through regular travel and on-site engagement. • Deliver compelling presentations, product training, and strategic business reviews to strengthen credibility and momentum. • Forecasting, Reporting, & Internal Communication: Provide accurate forecasts and updates on targets, pipeline health, key risks, and support needs. • Maintain clear internal communication so leadership and partners can remove barriers and accelerate deal velocity.

• Assist with administering the end-to-end processes with respect to customer accounts, within established policies and procedures. • Timely and accurate recovery of outstanding accounts in accordance to set terms of business. • Resolve debtor issues along with actively contributing to system solutions. • Assist with releasing on-hold orders as required, liaise with customers/sales reps to resolve invoice/payment queries. • Update Netsuite customer communication history and on-hold/invoice query status as required. • Responsible for posting customers’ cash/cheque/credit card remittances. • Chasing up missing remittances and resolving unallocated receipt queries ensuring accounts are up to date. • Produce weekly and monthly Aged Debtors analysis showing status of all debt aged more than 90 days. • Assist with the management of the debtor book through proactive credit control procedures/telephone calls/e-mails/ Dunnings automated debt letter chasing ensuring complete history of communication is maintained in Dunnings. • Assist with handling customer invoice/statement queries, providing copy documents and liaising with customer services to ensure credits are raised in a timely manner where applicable. • Generate and send monthly customer statements including excel format requests. • Monitor Finance Inbox forward emails to relevant person/ departments. • Manual sending of invoices to the customer’s vendor portal and monitoring uploaded/ missing invoices. • Do credit checks for new customers and set up a new customer account on NetSuite. • Monitor customer portals to ensure invoice submission processes are operating effectively. • Investigate and resolve customer short payments.

• Support the daily operations of our online retail business with a primary focus on Amazon marketplace management. • Maintain product listings, optimize content for search visibility, monitor sales performance, and ensure inventory accuracy. • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to drive performance across all ecommerce platforms. • Analyze marketplace trends, respond to customer queries, and assist with promotional campaigns and reporting. • Monitor and update product listings to ensure accuracy and compliance with Amazon’s policies. • Conduct keyword research to improve product discoverability and search ranking. • Write and edit compelling product titles, features, benefits, and descriptions. • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure accurate stock levels on Amazon. • Process orders and returns, address fulfillment issues promptly. • Assist in setting up and managing Amazon PPC campaigns. • Support the execution of seasonal promotions, including Lightning Deals and coupons. • Respond to customer inquiries and reviews to maintain positive seller ratings. • Compile sales, traffic, and advertising performance data to inform strategy. • Upload new SKUs and variations, ensuring images and content meet Amazon’s requirements. • Collaborate with the creative team to update product imagery and visual assets.

• Lead transition of regional and global sites to WordPress. • Develop and maintain custom themes/child themes and reusable components. • Extend Elementor/Beaver Builder safely using PHP, templates, hooks, CSS, and JavaScript. • Manage end-to-end website builds and major updates. • Ensure mobile responsiveness, brand alignment, and UX consistency. • Maintain clean, documented, scalable code. • Collaborate with marketing and regional teams on functional enhancements. • Integrate and maintain third-party tools. • Own WordPress security best practices across all sites. • Monitor vulnerabilities, malware alerts, and plugin risks. • Own Core Web Vitals performance targets. • Lead technical SEO workstreams.

• Support forecasting, margin/pricing analysis, and management reporting packs. • Build and maintain weekly/monthly KPI & cost reporting (freight, warehousing, pick/pack, service). • Reconcile logistics invoices vs rates/contracts, volumes and forecasts. • Identify cost leakage, trends and risks early — and present clear recommendations. • Improve reporting tools/models (Excel/Power BI) and data quality.

• Cashflow forecasting and monitoring • Inventory clearing accounts: weekly reconciliation to ensure accuracy in posting • Assist in the production of first draft Monthly Management Accounts for review by Senior Accountant • Highlight areas of variance (Act vs Bud) with explanations • Produce weekly profitability reports by customer • Provide detailed financial analysis on request to support key business decisions • Support accounting for UK and European operating business and entities • To monitor accuracy of processing for AP, AR, staff expenses • To work together with Operations and Purchasing to ensure efficient and accurate processing of transactions in line with Group policies • Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts: various to include rebates, fixed assets, inventory • Management of FA Register, logging of all additions/disposals, generate deprecation journal each month • Upkeep of current Financial Operating Procedures • Provision of information and analysis for Financial Audit • NetSuite and financial software integration and upkeep • Improvements and innovation to financial processes • Additional ad hoc duties KPI’s: • Provision of accurately completed Monthly Management Accounts by the 7th of each month • Ensure entity balance sheet account reconciliations are completed in an accurate and timely manner • Accurate production of customer profitability reports.

• Create, manage, and maintain purchase orders for stocked goods in the ERP system. • Ensure purchase orders are accurate, complete, and aligned with approved demand plans. • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned suppliers regarding orders, delivery dates, quantities, and documentation. • Monitor open POs and proactively follow up on acknowledgements, ETDs, and changes. • Work closely with Demand Planning to support stock availability and continuity of supply. • Maintain accurate purchasing data in ERP systems (e.g. pricing, lead times, MOQs).

• Manage inbound shipments from global suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with import regulations. • Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues with carriers and brokers. • Ensure all import documentation is accurate and complete, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations and ensure proper classification using HS codes. • Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers to facilitate smooth import processes. • Negotiate rates and service terms to optimize cost and performance. • Communicate with warehouse teams to schedule inbound deliveries and ensure space availability. • Reconcile shipment receipts with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies. • Enter shipment details into ERP or logistics management systems accurately and in a timely manner. • Maintain records of all inbound shipments for audit and reporting purposes. • Serve as the primary point of contact for overseas suppliers regarding shipment status and documentation. • Build strong relationships to improve communication and reliability. • Track key performance indicators such as on-time delivery rates, cost per shipment, and customs clearance times. • Provide regular reports to management with insights and recommendations. • Monitor inbound logistics costs and assist in budget planning. • Identify cost-saving opportunities through carrier selection, route optimization, and consolidation. • Stay informed on international trade laws, US customs laws, import restrictions, and safety standards. • Ensure all inbound logistics activities comply with company policies and legal requirements. • Identify inefficiencies in the inbound logistics process and propose solutions. • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain operations.
