• Lead the design for respective E2E business processes and the related S/4 functional design. • Identify digitization and automation opportunities. • Oversee/Manage the implementation process in close collaboration with our 3rd parties. • Lead the execution/implementation of medium to large initiatives ($5-7M) from design to deployment. • Lead the design & implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the health and performance of the respective business processes and systems. • Collaborate with our 3rd parties to leverage their expertise and support to design and implement the enhancements, digitization, and automation of our processes. • Ensure business, functional, and system design documentation is up to date. • Be a key part in the stakeholder management across the enterprise including executives.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase • Review the Chart of Accounts structure with customers to achieve their desired structure • Review the required approval levels that have been used within each school and in conjunction with IMP’s methodology and the clients’ needs • Define the best method to build the required workflows for purchasing approvals • Support customers through the implementation process including user acceptance testing

• Manage annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles across all entities • Develop and maintain the monthly management reporting pack • Translate data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and board reporting • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to translate business metrics into financial impact • Support client and project-level margin analysis, pricing models, and cost improvement initiatives • Develop a scalable reporting infrastructure in NetSuite and BI tools such as Power BI • Support the CFO in cash flow forecasting, liquidity analysis, and funding planning • Maintain structured monthly planning and review rhythm

• Very good accounting knowledge. • Hands on working experience required in FP&A process is a must. • Especially candidate must have a good understanding of the periodic financial close process. • Extensive knowledge of SAP Finance Modules. • Experience in TM1 and peripheral systems is desired. • Experience of working on Finance month close and Management Accounting activities. • Customer focused approach with Continuous Improvement mindset is a must. • Demonstrable “can do” attitude with willingness to learn. • Strong, performance-orientated person, able to function in a dynamic environment. • A solid team player that has natural leadership skills. • Ability to exert influence, with good cooperation and motivational skills. • Enthusiastically welcomes new initiatives and naturally handles multiple tasks. • Demonstrate flexibility in style and approach to problem solving. • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills. • Task orientated at a team and individual level. • Works in a collaborative and inclusive manner within the team. • Good analytical and effective communications skills both oral and written.
