Affiliate Coordinator

Role Summary The Affiliate Coordinator supports the team by handling data, platform tasks, and research that does not require strategic decision-making. This role is essential for speed and accuracy within the channel. Primary Focus - Data, tools, and execution support - Accuracy and consistency Key Responsibilities - Manage affiliate payouts, commission validation, and finance coordination - Delivers and supports routine partner communication and outreach - Monitors all affiliate content for compliance adherence - Supplement partnership outreach directed from the Manager, Affiliate Support - Pull and compile performance data and dashboards - Upload offers, creatives, and commission changes (in Everflow) - QA tracking, links, and data feeds - Conduct competitive and partner landscape research - Maintain trackers, documentation, and internal resources - Build prospecting lists and research new partners - Support ad-hoc executional tasks as needed - Escalate issues or insights to the Manager, Affiliate Support proactively Requirement 1-2 years’ experience with interest in marketing Compensation & Benefits Orderly Wellness offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial well-being, and work-life balance.
