Role Description The Manager, People Operations owns People systems, benefits administration, compliance execution, and operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. This role ensures HR infrastructure, data, and benefits scale reliably as the organization grows and partners with the Director on People analytics and reporting. - Own HRIS (Rippling) configuration, workflows, and data integrity - Lead benefits administration, enrollments, changes, and troubleshooting - Partner with brokers and vendors to ensure strong service delivery - Execute payroll inputs, audits, and compliance with Finance - Ensure multi-state and global employment compliance - Maintain SOPs for People operations, benefits, and payroll - Manage audits and regulatory filings (ACA, EEO-1, workers’ comp) - Own leave administration and benefits compliance processes - Partner with IT on access provisioning and offboarding - Maintain accurate employee records and documentation - Identify operational risks and proactively resolve system gaps - Partner with the Director on People analytics and reporting - Support benefits communication and execution - Serve as escalation point for operational People issues - Additional duties as assigned Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) - 5–8 years of People Operations or HR Operations experience - Hands-on ownership of HRIS platforms (Rippling or similar), including configuration and reporting - Strong experience with benefits administration, including open enrollment, vendor management, and employee support - Working knowledge of U.S. employment law and compliance across multiple states - Experience partnering with Finance and Payroll teams on compensation and payroll execution - High attention to detail with a track record of maintaining accurate data and documentation - Ability to create and maintain operational SOPs and process documentation Benefits - Comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial well-being, and work-life balance - Medical, dental, and vision coverage with strong employer contribution - FSA and HSA options (with potential employer contributions) - 401(k) with company match - Generous paid time off - Paid parental leave - Mental health and family-planning support - Access to professional development resources Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Orderly Wellness is an equal opportunity employer. Job Requirements
