• Develop a strong working knowledge of the existing Java/Spring backend, React frontend, and supporting platform architecture. • Own and troubleshoot production issues independently, working across the full stack to identify root causes and implement reliable solutions. • Maintain and improve the stability, reliability, and performance of critical business workflows. • Execute deployments through existing CI/CD pipelines and support improvements to release quality and consistency. • Troubleshoot deployment, environment, integration, and production-related issues during business hours. • Build, maintain, and enhance full stack features across the backend, frontend, APIs, database, and third-party integrations. • Work within an existing codebase while making thoughtful improvements to structure, maintainability, and test coverage. • Document system behavior, dependencies, technical gaps, and completed work to support team knowledge sharing. • Help reduce reliance on external vendors by progressively taking ownership of day-to-day platform changes and support. • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and nearshore development teams to understand requirements, manage risks, and deliver reliable solutions. • Communicate clearly and proactively regarding progress, blockers, risks, and technical decisions.
• Own and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial reporting • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules across all accounts • Manage revenue recognition in accordance with GAAP, including deferred revenue, contract liabilities, and alignment between operational data and financial reporting • Drive financial analysis by identifying variances, investigating discrepancies, and providing insights to support business decision-making • Improve and scale accounting systems, processes, and internal controls, including automation, documentation, and audit-ready workflows • Oversee finance operations, including invoice approvals, payment processing, vendor coordination, and banking activities • Partner cross-functionally with Finance leadership, Operations, Product, and external stakeholders to support reporting, compliance, budgeting, and strategic initiatives
Revenue Systems Administrator

• Own the administration and ongoing optimization of HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs, including user management, permissions, pipelines, properties, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and overall data hygiene. • Design, build, and maintain workflows and automations that support lead routing, lifecycle progression, sales handoffs, operational notifications, and other core GTM processes. • Develop and manage dashboards, reporting, and analytics that provide leadership and frontline teams with clear visibility into pipeline health, activity metrics, conversion performance, and revenue outcomes. • Administer and support the broader revenue technology stack, including tools such as Apollo, PandaDoc, DialPad, Zoom, and other GTM platforms. • Manage integrations between HubSpot and connected systems, ensuring reliable syncs, accurate field mappings, and clean, consistent data flow across platforms. • Maintain high standards of data integrity through regular audits, deduplication efforts, and ongoing hygiene processes. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and operational improvements. • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and operational processes, while providing training and support to end users on new tools and changes.
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing Customer Service team. • Ensure efficient, high-quality support across all channels. • Manage team capacity and workflows to meet demand. • Partner across CX, and with Product, Engineering and RevOps teams to resolve issues and improve the experience.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using TypeScript/Node.js and our React-based frontend • Manage and optimize our MySQL databases with a focus on complex query optimization and performance tuningCollaborate with product and frontend teams to translate business needs into technical solutions • Own the evolution and maintenance of our legacy Java/Spring platform while driving modernization effortsEnsure data integrity and system observability across backend services • Integrate and maintain connections to third-party APIs, ensuring reliability and proper error handling • Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, and other modern auth patterns • Lead contractor teams and coordinate distributed engineering efforts across multiple work streams • Build and maintain Docker containerized applications with strict adherence to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions • Write comprehensive tests using Jest for backend services and support Selenium-based frontend testing • Conduct load testing and performance analysis to ensure systems can handle production scale • Respond to and resolve production incidents, including participating in on-call rotation as needed • Ensure data integrity, system observability, and monitoring across all backend services • Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared engineering standards and documentation • Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers through collaboration and feedback • Contribute to technical direction as OneApp continues to scale
• Partner Onboarding: Develop and implement tailored onboarding and engagement strategies to maximize partner success and platform adoption. • Partner Training & Enablement: Facilitate seamless integration of OneApp into partners' operations, including providing ongoing personalized instruction and resources to support the partners’ internal training needs. • Ongoing Partner Engagement: Manage a portfolio of property management company partners (PMCs). Cultivate relationships and consult with champions and key stakeholders to drive platform engagement and program participation/referrals. Execute strategies to mitigate churn. • Partner Growth: Proactively identify and escalate potential opportunities to sign up new properties (upsell) in partnership with the sales team.
