Partner Success Manager
OneApp
• Partner Onboarding: Develop and implement tailored onboarding and engagement strategies to maximize partner success and platform adoption. • Partner Training & Enablement: Facilitate seamless integration of OneApp into partners' operations, including providing ongoing personalized instruction and resources to support the partners’ internal training needs. • Ongoing Partner Engagement: Manage a portfolio of property management company partners (PMCs). Cultivate relationships and consult with champions and key stakeholders to drive platform engagement and program participation/referrals. Execute strategies to mitigate churn. • Partner Growth: Proactively identify and escalate potential opportunities to sign up new properties (upsell) in partnership with the sales team.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in partnerships, customer success or account management roles working in SaaS.
- Experience with upsell/cross-sell responsibilities preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A track record of improving customer or partner engagement and satisfaction.
- Proficiency in CRM software and leveraging data to drive decision-making.
- Prior experience working with property management and multifamily is a plus, but not required.
