As a Pricing Coordinator, you will be responsible for working with carriers to negotiate and set new rates, update internal rate tables, collaborate with our outside sales representatives, and maintain and expand client relations. This position will communicate with local, regional, and international partners to complete key responsibilities. Requirements: - Minimum 1 years' experience in a fast-paced office environment; previous pricing/quoting experience preferred. - Previous work experience in the Logistics and Transportation industry, notably in freight forwarding, is highly preferred. - Previous experience using the ERP system, CargoWise One, is preferred. - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; willingness to learn advanced functions. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint. - Ability to display discretion with confidential information. - Professional email and phone etiquette. - Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred. Responsibilities: - Maintain daily communication with carriers for discussions on service contract terms, rate negotiations, and space protection. - Coordinate with origin offices internationally to inquire about current market rates and space availability. - Update NSA and VIP account rates to secure new bookings/shipments. - Facilitate the resolution of billing invoice disputes. - Analyze shipment history and data to generate reports and conduct thorough data study prior to negotiating new contracts. - Participate in weekly and biweekly meetings with local, regional, and international partners, occasionally outside of regular business hours. - Assist outside sales representatives with customer pricing and contract drafting, possibly on-site. Salary: - $22-$30/hour dependent on transferable experience and education level. As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will communicate with delinquent customers and work toward resolutions for any billing disputes. You will work within the larger Accounting Department and collaborate closely with our Sales Department. This position will increasingly take on more data analyst responsibilities, including data processes and reporting, as the position matures. Requirements: - Minimum 1 year experience in an accounting role; preferably handling accounts receivable or collections. - Advanced proficiency with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI are highly preferred. - Previous experience using the ERP system, CargoWise One, is preferred. - Proven record of handling a large amount of delinquent accounts. - Ability to set and manage expectations of customers and upper management. - Customer service focused mindset for dealing with difficult/upset customers. - ASSERTIVE! - able to secure payments and deal with delinquent customers. Responsibilities: - Review shipping/billing documentation in a paperless environment via Microsoft Excel and FMS/CargoWise One. - Collect and analyze relevant data to create reports such as highlighting high risk accounts, accounts receivable aging percentiles, and more. - Take a process-based approach to resolve billing/payment disputes. - Manage as many as 200+ past due accounts daily. - Record business transactions, charges, refunds, and key daily worksheets to general ledger. - Review accounts receivable aging and reconcile accounts. - Review weekly reports and address any issues as needed. - Work closely with our Sales Department to resolve customer disputes. Salary: - $22-$28/hour dependent on transferable experience and education level.
