• Support our Funding & Research Partnerships Lead with day-to-day tasks and help manage research collaborations • Explore funding opportunities • Contribute to the success of our innovative technology • Develop an in-depth understanding of the scientific field, our product and its applications • Identify and help map funding opportunities for scientific and clinical projects • Stay up to date on relevant programs and calls for proposals • Update and maintain our comprehensive database of global grant opportunities • Conduct ad hoc research across multiple sources to support funding proposals and partnership activities • Assist in organizing grant application materials and selectively support the writing of grant applications • Support the team in preparing presentations, reports, and materials to communicate the scientific value of our technology • Leverage AI tools effectively to increase efficiency in research, content generation, and workflow optimization • Help coordinate meetings, track project timelines, and maintain organized documentation of ongoing projects and partnerships

• Act as the primary technical liaison between NVision’s scientific milestones and broader customer ecosystem • Oversee the management of global, multi-partner projects and consortia • Lead strategic clinical and research collaborations in the post-grant phase • Conduct high-level scientific evaluations of timelines, feasibility, risks, and contingency plans • Drive scientific programs and community initiatives (e.g., workshops, committees, collaborative networks)

• Managing and growing the social media presence for NVision across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant technology platforms. • Creating engaging, social-first content by translating complex quantum technology and its applications into clear, compelling stories for different audiences. • Supporting major announcements, research and white paper releases, and campaigns through impactful, audience-first storytelling. • Collaborating closely with Research, Marketing, and Design teams to plan and execute campaigns, announcements, and content initiatives. • Monitor quantum tech trends and scientific community sentiment to identify and translate real-time opportunities into timely, relevant content ideas. • Actively engaging with our community by responding to comments and messages, joining relevant technical and industry conversations, and helping build a loyal and engaged following. • Tracking performance metrics, analysing results, and continuously optimising content strategies to drive growth and engagement.

• Identify and prioritize relevant national and international funding opportunities aligned with NVision’s quantum research activities • Lead the preparation, writing, and submission of competitive grant applications, combining scientific content with impact-focused narratives in line with funding requirements • Work closely with interdisciplinary researchers to translate advanced theoretical and experimental concepts into clear, structured proposals • Develop proposal narratives beyond core research descriptions, including objectives, work plans, implementation concepts, as well as, impact framing • Coordinate inputs, timelines, and formal requirements across external collaborators, funding bodies, and internal stakeholders, including legal, commercial, and management teams • Support post-grant implementation and reporting, including coordination of stakeholder inputs and tracking of grant milestones and deliverables

• European Regulatory Leadership: Maintain and update the Technical File for CE marking under the Machinery Directive and Regulation (2006/42/EC, 2023/1230/EU), Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), and Low Voltage Directive (LVD), as well as other applicable regulations • North American Compliance (US & Canada): Lead the certification process with Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories (NRTL) to ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and the National Electrical Code, as well as other applicable local regulations • FCC & EMC Strategy: Manage FCC Part 15 testing and certification to ensure our high-frequency components do not interfere with sensitive MRI environments • Implementation and maintenance of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) in the electronic Quality Management System which are relating to Regulatory processes • Review and Approval of Labelling and Promotion materials such as manuals (Installation, User manual, etc.) • Global Risk Management: Own the risk assessment process (ISO 12100) for the hazards related to worker safety for the use of the machine • Applicable regulatory frameworks monitoring: Act as the internal scout for evolving international laws, regulations, directives, standards (such as IEC/EN 61010 series) and their national deviation in the US and Asia • Design life cycle and change control: Collaborate with R&D, QA and Operation to manage regulatory compliance during all stages of development, including life cycle through change control processes, post-deployment surveillance • Third-Party Liaison: Manage relationships and audits with notified bodies, NRTLs, and international regulatory agencies

• Reporting to the Senior Director of Quality, the Validation Manager will have responsibility to develop and manage all validation activities under the Quality Management System • Provide expert advice on the validation strategy for development programs • Develop and maintain the Validation Master Plan (VMP) • Develop systems, processes, tools and templates for the conduct of qualification and validation activities • Work cross functionally to develop qualification and validation protocols in accordance with the requirements of the VMP • Review and approve qualification and validation reports • Project Management of validation activities • Initiate and manage deviations, changes and risk assessments in the conduct of validation activities • Quality oversight of the stability program • Quality oversight and support for technical transfer activities • Support the ongoing continuous improvement of the company’s QMS in compliance with applicable GxP requirements and regulatory guidelines • Lead by example in promoting and facilitating a quality culture • Work cross functionally to provide quality oversight, support and expertise in the conduct of quality related activities across development projects, employing Quality by Design (QbD) principles • Provide training to staff on quality topics • Support the conduct of quality investigations and initiatives • Prepare, manage and present materials for Quality Management Review

• Responsible for independently preparing and executing the monthly (international) payroll in compliance with current tax and social security regulations, including all follow-up activities • Manage communication and coordinate payroll-related matters with our Employer of Record • Independently handle statutory reporting, declarations, and certifications, as well as correspondence with health insurance providers and authorities • Create and manage HR-related documents (e.g., contract amendments, NDAs, etc.) and support specific processes along the Employee Life Cycle • Serve as the central point of contact for employees on all social security and payroll tax matters • Support external audits (payroll/tax/social security) and year-end closing activities • Participate in HR projects and support HR process optimization

• Serve as the technical lead for the Preclinical Polaris, supporting daily operation and optimizing workflows • Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and software issues • Perform Tier 1 system maintenance and repairs • Develop and maintain SOPs for NMR analysis and quality control • Support validation activities and analyze system performance • Develop and deliver user training and documentation for the Preclinical Polaris • Act as the voice of the field for R&D, Engineering, and Product Management

• Lead complex onsite system installation, troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and preventative maintenance for customer equipment • Perform equipment upgrades and configurations according to company standards inhouse with our R&D team • Provide technical advice to customers on equipment care and maintenance best practices • Serve as a key technical contact for customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient and professional service • Ensure thorough documentation of all service procedures, diagnostics, quality issues, parts replacements, and customer interactions • Support the Head of Service in developing and implementing robust service processes, including SOPs, KPIs, and service workflows • Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and manuals • Conduct customer training sessions on product first-line troubleshooting & maintenance • Work closely with R&D and engineering teams to provide feedback from field operations, supporting product development and continuous improvement initiatives • Organize and manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability for timely service delivery • Ensure all service activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal quality protocols

• Lead the end-to-end development and submission of grant applications, with a primary focus on NIH R01 grants • Independently shape grant content, including specific aims, study design, methodology, and work plans • Work directly with internal scientists and US-based academic and clinical partners to define and align the scientific scope • Assess funding opportunities and drive early-stage grant development • Manage grant timelines, inputs, and submission processes with a high level of autonomy • Ensure full compliance with call requirements, formats, and review criteria • Coordinate responses to reviewer comments and resubmissions where applicable • Maintain clear, structured project communication across stakeholders
