Field Product Specialist – Hyperpolarization, NMR
NVision Imaging Technologies
• Serve as the technical lead for the Preclinical Polaris, supporting daily operation and optimizing workflows • Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and software issues • Perform Tier 1 system maintenance and repairs • Develop and maintain SOPs for NMR analysis and quality control • Support validation activities and analyze system performance • Develop and deliver user training and documentation for the Preclinical Polaris • Act as the voice of the field for R&D, Engineering, and Product Management
Job Requirements
- A PhD or Master’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field with significant practical experience in NMR and polarizer systems
- Deep expertise in NMR spectroscopy
- Direct experience with Hyperpolarization (HP) technologies (e.g., DNP, PHIP) (Preferred)
- Strong pedagogical skills for training others
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems and manage customer relationships effectively
- Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally (up to 70%)
- Valid driver’s license
