The Technical Specialist has an overall knowledge and understanding of application development and architecture that serves as a strong base for technical expertise in a specific product or program. Demonstrates expertise in conveying technical and functional concepts for a specific technical specialty. Identifies improvements to project standards to achieve high quality services/products. Able to identify best practices and standards for the use of the product. Delivers support and design for industry specific applications that require integration with statewide systems or applications. Interacts with executive level business users or technical experts. Proven experience with a technical specialty across large and complex implementations and systems. - Additional responsibilities include integrating payment processing, inventory management, and customer-facing tools within a unified cloud platform. - Support day-to-day implementation tasks for the cloud-hosted POS solution. - Assist with system configuration, environment setup, and integration testing. - Coordinate with the vendor on technical requirements, defects, and deliverables. - Validate data flows, payment processing, and sync processes during project phases. - Document project configurations, decisions, and technical updates. - Support field-office rollout activities, testing cycles, and issue resolution during deployment. This role requires 4+ years of professional cloud experience across providers such as Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) including secure data synchronization, performance optimization, and scalable architecture design. • The Product Specialist is responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities within established and new accounts in a geographically dispersed territory. • Establish relationships with new and targeted existing customers and identify solutions to meet customer needs through consultative selling process. • Provide customers with the appropriate solutions, marketing collateral, and clinical information to obtain customer commitment to purchase ASP products. • Develop new potential customers, primarily via Capital equipment placements while developing customer champions for ASP technologies. • Effectively communicate and collaborate with: Regional Sales Manager, field service engineers, marketing, training and education. • Provide product demonstration, training presentations and in-servicing based upon Customer’s needs. • Leverage Salesforce.com to provide timely and current information on customers within your territory.

• Optimization of high-precision motion control algorithms for industrial robots. • Application of modern methods such as Model Predictive Control (MPC), control theory, artificial intelligence (AI) and force control. • Optimization of algorithms to minimize vibrations and improve control accuracy. • Performing simulations and tests to validate developed solutions. • Supporting the development and implementation of prototypes. • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in mechanics, electronics and software development. • International travel to support projects and customers.
