• Managing and growing the social media presence for NVision across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant technology platforms. • Creating engaging, social-first content by translating complex quantum technology and its applications into clear, compelling stories for different audiences. • Supporting major announcements, research and white paper releases, and campaigns through impactful, audience-first storytelling. • Collaborating closely with Research, Marketing, and Design teams to plan and execute campaigns, announcements, and content initiatives. • Monitor quantum tech trends and scientific community sentiment to identify and translate real-time opportunities into timely, relevant content ideas. • Actively engaging with our community by responding to comments and messages, joining relevant technical and industry conversations, and helping build a loyal and engaged following. • Tracking performance metrics, analysing results, and continuously optimising content strategies to drive growth and engagement.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing social media for deep-tech companies, including introducing new technologies to the market.
  • A strong interest in quantum technology, human health, and emerging tech communities, with the ability to translate complex scientific and engineering topics into clear, engaging, and compliant content.
  • An understanding of social-first content to quickly identify trends, high-performing formats, and what drives professional engagement.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills to craft short, impactful content that aligns with the brand tone.
  • Basic video creating and editing skills to create social-first videos that drive engagement across platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • A curious and proactive mindset, always exploring new formats, trends, and opportunities to contribute fresh ideas.
  • Experience using social media management and scheduling tools, such as Sprout.
  • A data-driven approach, with experience using analytics tools to track performance and optimise content strategies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative, team-first attitude to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global team environment.
  • Experience with design tools, such as Adobe and Figma or Canva for video, is considered an advantage.
  • Experience writing for a highly technical audience or within a regulated industry is considered an advantage.
