As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Northrop Grumman, you will directly impact the quality of candidates we hire by sourcing and pre-screening top-quality talent in the marketplace. In this job, you will: - Provide sourcing support for a variety of engineering and possibly manufacturing & operations and functional areas. - Manage competing priorities, remaining highly flexible in an ever-changing environment. - Source and recruit qualified talent while maintaining excellent customer service. - Work closely with client-facing recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs. - Support events-based sourcing, focused invitational events, and targeted career fairs. - Attract cleared talent to the company and maintain knowledge of security clearances. - Ensure data integrity of the candidate management database. - Apply a business mindset to the talent acquisition function. - Research market conditions and industry trends. - Leverage data and market intelligence to develop and execute staffing strategies. - Utilize professional networks to source candidates for active requisitions. - Source candidates from various sources, emphasizing LinkedIn and other platforms. - Use social networking mediums to promote employment brand messaging. - Utilize CRM to track day-to-day sourcing activity. - Conduct phone screens to pre-qualify candidates. - Demonstrate a deep understanding of the external recruiting landscape. - Accurately assess candidates for cultural, competency, and skill fit. - Quickly synthesize candidate and hiring manager feedback. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant professional experience in sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience – OR – Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant professional experience. - Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree. - Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills. - Experience with sourcing technical talent across various engineering disciplines. - Experience sourcing cleared talent. - Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms. - Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance. Preferred Qualifications - Aerospace/defense industry experience. - Active in the social digital and recruitment arena. - Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting. - Experience with Workday or a comparable applicant tracking system. Salary Information Primary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $141,200.00. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers.
