Role Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Greenhouse Implementation Consultant (1099 Contractor) to lead the implementation of Greenhouse across our global Talent Acquisition organization. You will serve as the technical implementation lead, partnering closely with various teams to successfully deliver Greenhouse while ensuring hiring continues without interruption. This is a high-ownership, hands-on implementation role requiring deep Greenhouse expertise, strong technical knowledge, and exceptional project management skills. You will own the technical execution of the implementation, including: - System configuration - Data migration - Integrations - Testing - Go-live readiness - Hypercare The ideal candidate has successfully led many enterprise Greenhouse implementations, proactively identifies risks, makes thoughtful recommendations, and delivers scalable solutions that support long-term business growth.
