Role Description The hands-on technical backbone of Nightingale College’s integration engineering function within Data & Technology. You’ll independently build and maintain the integrations and data pipelines that connect Banner, Salesforce, Snowflake, and other campus systems. You take ownership of increasingly complex work, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor the Engineer I while growing toward more architectural responsibilities. Integration Development & Delivery - Build and maintain integrations between Banner, Salesforce, Snowflake, and other campus systems using Ethos APIs, Data Connect, and custom API development. - Develop, test, and deploy API-based data flows, event-driven integrations, and scheduled data synchronization processes. - Troubleshoot and resolve production integration failures, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive fixes. - Manage integration deployments with proper testing, change management, and rollback planning. Data Pipeline & Warehouse Development - Build and maintain ELT/ETL pipelines that move data between source systems and Snowflake, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness. - Develop and optimize SQL transformations, stored procedures, and data models within Snowflake. - Implement data quality checks and automated validation within pipelines to catch issues before they reach downstream consumers. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of pipeline architecture, data lineage, and integration specifications. Collaboration & Mentorship - Partner with platform administration teams (Banner, Salesforce) as the data team’s integration point of contact for CRM-side and ERP-side configuration support. - Collaborate with the analytics team to ensure data models and pipeline outputs support reporting and dashboard requirements. - Mentor Systems Integration Engineer I on development practices, troubleshooting techniques, and integration patterns. - Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field. - 3–5 years of experience in data engineering, integration development, or systems integration. - Strong SQL proficiency including complex queries, performance optimization, and data transformation. - Hands-on experience building API-based integrations (REST, webhooks, event-driven patterns). - Experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data warehouse platforms including data modeling and ELT pipeline development. - Working knowledge of Ellucian Ethos and Data Connect or willingness to learn quickly. - Proficiency with Python or JavaScript for data engineering and automation tasks. - Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices for integration deployments. - Familiarity with higher education data systems (Banner, Salesforce Education Cloud) preferred. - Previous remote work experience required.

The incumbent will be accountable for the delivery of the nursing curriculum in accordance with the mission, vision, values, and purposes of the Program. The Professor will engage with learners in all aspects of the nursing education process including evaluating the potential for achievement in the program and is accountable for Nursing Education Services successful attainment of key performance indicators, program and functional outcomes, and the success of the College’s mission. The Professor will show evidence of participation in academic or professional association related to domain and will assist in the selection and development of faculty. This role may be responsible for the development and modification of the curriculum in coordination with committees. The Professor will show evidence of qualified contribution in the field of expertise or respective domain on a committee or in a public capacity, publication, or presentation that is internal or external to the organization. The Professor will assist in the selection and development of faculty. Monitors, engages, and maintains open communication with learners in all aspects of the nursing education process including attendance, performance, comprehension, and evaluation in accordance with course outcomes, and submits required reports according to published deadlines Attends nursing faculty meetings, participates in committees, engages in shared decision-making, and other faculty activities as required May be assigned to various modalities including experiential, didactic, evaluations, and NCLEX coaching based on the needs of the College Participates in the successful implementation of other functional projects as they arise Qualifications A minimum of five years of experience in higher education, preferably online education Earned Terminal Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution Active, unencumbered RN or APRN license from state of residence and ability to obtain RN and NP licensure in any jurisdiction required by the College, including a valid multi-state license Either has an earned Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) credential or commits to obtaining this certification within a one-year period Maintains current knowledge in multiple areas of nursing practice Additional Contributions: Completes annual professional development, membership in academic/professional associations, Service as SME, Service on committees, contributes to professional publications and presentations, participates in process management, involved in faculty supervision (5-8) and serves as a peer mentor (1-4). Job DetailsJob Location: OSC Utah - Salt Lake City, UT 84111The Assistant Professor, General Education is responsible for the development, administration, teaching, and evaluation of learners in one (or more) of the College’s general education courses. General education faculty are expected to teach primarily online didactic courses. This role will advise and mentor students as well as monitor learner performance in accordance with course objectives and published schedules under the Director, General Education. This role will also, assist learners with study problems and with evaluating their potential for successful achievement in course or discipline. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate attendance and performance records of learners and submitting required reports according to published deadlines. The role requires attending faculty meetings and other faculty activities as required. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Master’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning or a related discipline Minimum of 18 credit hours of direct study in the discipline being taught Demonstrated experience in higher education, preferably online education, is highly desirable
