When the primary administrative assistant is out, this role steps in to fully cover their responsibilities, maintaining continuity across departments. Title: Associate Program Screener, Part Time Location: Chicago United States Part time job requisition id REQ-41001 WGN-TV has an immediate opening for an Associate Program Screener to work in a dynamic broadcast environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, creating edit decision lists and assuring accurate timing of programs for Antenna TV, Rewind TV, WGN and NewsNation. Responsible for assisting with program screening and prepping while assuring accurate closed captioning and good program video and audio quality. The successful candidate will be able to identify appropriate content within programming in compliance to FCC and station guidelines. Interested candidate must be a team player, able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays. Attention to detail, good organizational and time management skills, the ability to meet deadlines and be punctual are required.
