• Developing campaign ideas from scratch, working alongside the client’s SEO Analyst • Conducting research using multiple data sources • Speaking to clients to gather thoughts and quotes for inclusion in potential stories • Writing press releases and stories in flawless English • Pitching stories to journalists • Tracking news, events and wider media for relevant trends and opportunities • Following up with journalists and ensuring clients are accredited with backlinks • Tracking campaign progress and ensuring deadlines are met • Leading the ongoing development of outreach processes and strategies • Staying up to date with the latest developments in digital PR and outreach • Proactively identifying opportunities across all clients
Job Requirements
- Demonstrable experience creating impactful research-based, proactive or reactive digital PR campaigns across multiple industries
- A high level of creativity with the ability to generate relevant and newsworthy stories
- A strong understanding of news and media content, with regular engagement across formats
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong research and data analysis skills to uncover relevant stories
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across different clients and industries
- Confidence in building and managing relationships both internally and externally
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Achieve installation targets for TaaS devices according to a predefined plan (installation cycle) within a specified geographic area and for an assigned customer base. • Prepare devices for installation (configuration, required tools, etc.). • Coordinate troubleshooting activities with the control tower team and perform on-site maintenance. • Submit and report device performance complaints to suppliers. • Perform quality control and inventory checks when receiving devices. • Ensure proper storage of hardware. • Scan and record all hardware components.
• Respond promptly to dealer technical support requests through designated channels • Perform on-site vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting to support dealers and service centres • Identify and report product quality issues found in the field, support investigations and follow-up actions • Lead the resolution of customer concerns, working with both service teams and end customers • Act as the "eyes and ears" in the field, providing feedback and insights to the Aftersales team • Monitor technician competency levels within your region and recommend targeted training opportunities • Support visits from factory engineers at service centres and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) facilities • Conduct on-site confirmation, analysis, improvement, and training for technical and NPS-related issues • Provide weekly reports summarizing regional operations, including technical support activities, major quality concerns, urgent incidents, documentation/manual updates, and the status of vehicles pending diagnosis, parts, or repair • Prepare and submit monthly operational reports, covering technical support activities, first-time fix rate, pending vehicle status, and NPS performance • Other ad-hoc tasks as per the business request

• Coordinate configuration, testing, and maintenance of EDI transactions with external EDI provider and trading partners, including 850 (Purchase Orders), 855 (Purchase Order Acknowledgments), 856 (Advance Ship Notices), and 810 (Invoices). • Proactively monitor daily EDI transmissions to identify failures, errors, or delays; investigate failed or rejected transactions and coordinate reprocessing with vendors, internal teams, and EDI provider to prevent operational disruptions. • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and EDI partner and own day-to-day relationship with third-party EDI provider, including issue escalation, prioritization, and performance tracking. • Lead end-to-end onboarding of new vendors into the EDI program, including requirements gathering, testing, validation, and go-live coordination. • Develop, standardize, and maintain all EDI documentation, process guides, and support materials. • Ensure accurate data flow between EDI platform, internal ERP system, and PO Management software. • Work closely with Merchandising, IT, and Accounting teams to resolve data discrepancies, maintain seamless transaction flow, and promote EDI best practices across teams. • Track EDI performance metrics, including error rates, vendor compliance, and onboarding timelines and use them to identify trends in transaction errors to recommend process improvements.
