• Edit short-form paid social ads (UGC, podcast ads, product demos, street interviews, etc.) • Produce multiple variations per concept (different hooks, pacing, overlays, CTAs) • Optimize videos for platform specs (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) • Iterate on edits based on retention data, CPA, and performance feedback • Collaborate with creative strategists to refine messaging and structure • Organize and manage project files for scalable production workflows • Stay current on short-form trends, editing styles, and paid social best practices

• Research and identify potential clients across tech, mobile, and consumer brands • Build and maintain prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot • Support outbound outreach efforts (email, LinkedIn, and warm intros) • Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials • Assist in tracking leads, pipeline status, and deal notes in CRM tools • Sit in on sales calls and client meetings to learn discovery, positioning, and closing • Support partnerships, referrals, and special growth initiatives as needed
