• Design static ads for paid social (primarily Meta: Facebook & Instagram) • Translate creative concepts into clear, compelling visual executions • Produce multiple variations per concept to support testing and iteration • Collaborate with creative strategists to refine layouts and messaging • Iterate on designs based on performance data and feedback • Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs for performance needs • Organize and manage design files for efficient handoff and reuse • Stay current on paid social design trends and best practices
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of graphic design experience (performance marketing or agency experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating static ad design for paid social
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator
- Ability to design quickly without sacrificing clarity or quality
- Strong understanding of hierarchy, typography, and composition
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- (Must) Experience designing ads for DTC, mobile apps, or SaaS
- (Must) Familiarity with Meta ad specs and formats
