The candidate will develop and execute test cases, track defects, and coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure SAP system changes meet program requirements and quality standards prior to deployment. - Develop, document, and execute test cases for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing in the Navy ERP environment - Track and manage defects using JIRA, HP ALM, or equivalent defect tracking tools - Coordinate with functional SMEs and developers to reproduce, triage, and resolve defects - Maintain test plans, test scripts, and testing documentation in accordance with program standards - Support end-to-end testing cycles for system releases, upgrades, and new functionality deployments - Participate in go/no-go readiness assessments prior to production deployments - Report on testing status and defect metrics to program leadership Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of QA or software testing experience in an SAP or ERP environment - Experience developing and executing test cases for functional and integration testing - Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or ServiceNow - Understanding of SAP functional processes in at least one module area - Eligibility for and willingness to obtain security clearance Requirements - Navy ERP or DoD ERP testing experience - SAP Solution Manager test management experience - Automated testing tool experience such as SAP TAO, CBTA, Worksoft, or Tricentis Certifications - ISTQB Foundation or equivalent software testing certification preferred Education - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field, or comparable work experience Benefits - Competitive compensation: $110,000 – $160,000 / year (commensurate with experience) - Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage - Flexible time off - Professional development opportunities - Company perks such as flex spending, wellness initiatives, etc. - 401(K) matching
