PMO GOVERNANCE ANALYST

Role Description Navaide is seeking a PMO Governance Analyst to support program management office functions on a Department of Defense contract. The candidate will support program reporting, risk and issue management, schedule governance, and stakeholder coordination across multiple functional and technical workstreams, ensuring program activities remain aligned with Deloitte and government program requirements. - Support program-level reporting including status reports, dashboards, and milestone tracking - Maintain risk and issue registers and coordinate mitigation and resolution activities across workstreams - Support Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development, tracking, and variance analysis - Coordinate deliverable tracking and compliance with contract requirements and CDRLs - Facilitate program governance meetings including preparation of agendas, materials, and action item tracking - Support configuration and change management oversight at the program level - Develop and maintain program management documentation in accordance with DoD and program standards Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of PMO or program management support experience on DoD or federal IT programs - Experience maintaining IMS, risk registers, and program governance documentation - Proficiency with program management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent - Strong analytical, written, and communication skills - Eligibility for and willingness to obtain security clearance Requirements - SAP ERP program PMO experience - Navy or DoD acquisition program management experience - Earned Value Management (EVM) experience - SAFe or Agile program management experience Certifications - PMP certification preferred - SAFe certification a plus - DAU program management credentials a plus Education - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, related field, or comparable work experience Benefits - Competitive compensation: $110,000 – $160,000 / year (commensurate with experience) - Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage - Flexible time off - Professional development opportunities - Company perks such as flex spending, wellness initiatives, etc. - 401(K) matching
