• Conduct high-quality franchise candidate interviews that drive conversion and protect brand standards. • Manage and advance the candidate pipeline to meet conversion and award expectations. • Maintain ATS and CRM data integrity to support forecasting and visibility. • Re-engage dormant and legacy candidates to generate additional interview volume. • Monitor personal performance metrics and provide funnel feedback to leadership.
Job Requirements
- Lead consultative sales conversations over phone and video to assess and guide candidates.
- Bring experience in phone-based sales, outbound outreach, or high-volume follow-up.
- Use strong qualification and objection-handling skills to drive high-quality outcomes.
- Stay organized and detail-oriented, with consistent follow-up and pipeline management.
- Confidently manage activity within an ATS/CRM to track progress and performance.
- Communicate with energy and confidence, clearly articulating the value of franchise ownership.
- Bring a results-driven mindset, consistently meeting or exceeding conversion goals.
- Experience in franchise development, recruiting sales, or consultative interviewing.
- Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, Zoom, Excel, and Google Workspace.

This is a talent technology + franchise enablement role (not a general HR/recruiting role) focused on optimizing our ATS, scaling recruiting programs, and driving adoption of hiring automation across a 600-spa network. Schedule: Full Time. Typical time allocation: ~40% individual franchisee recruiting support calls, ~30% vendor relationships & program scaling (CareerPlug, Glassdoor, etc.), and ~30% program administration and reporting.
