• Client Onboarding - Conduct structured introduction calls to welcome new clients. • Guide clients on their next steps, community engagement, and learning resources. • Log call details in a CRM, track client status, and schedule follow-ups. • Ongoing Client Support - Conduct follow-up calls to check progress, address challenges, and set goals. • Support clients in skill development, content creation, and client acquisition. • Send relevant learning materials as needed. • Maintain accurate client records in a CRM, tracking their journey. • Collaboration & Community Engagement - Work closely with leadership and coaches to refine the client success strategy. • Process Optimization - Contribute to improving client tracking systems and processes.

• Coaching & Execution Support - Host weekly Q&A sessions and/or live coaching calls for members in the Accelerator. • Answer questions and share systems, frameworks, and experiences that helped you scale your own business. • Help founders break through operational bottlenecks—team structure, delegation, fulfillment, lead flow, etc. • Community Engagement - Show up inside our community platform to engage with members and offer feedback or insights. • Share strategic advice that cuts through noise and accelerates action. • Support the mindset shift from operator to systems-driven CEO. • Collaboration & Expansion - Work closely with the AAA team to refine coaching frameworks and surface patterns across members. • Contribute to live calls, events, and potentially curated AI content or partnerships. • Help shape the next evolution of the program by bringing insights from the frontlines.

• Conduct AAA Discovery Meetings with warm, country-qualified inbound leads • Qualify prospects and identify genuine fit for the program • Guide qualified prospects to confident, informed decisions about joining • Manage contract completion and execution • Process and verify payments • Ensure smooth member transition into the program • Maintain consistent prospect communication • Address concerns and provide additional information • Guide prospects through their decision journey • Maintain accurate CRM records and tracking • Follow data and reporting standards • Provide timely updates on pipeline and performance

• Plan and architect workflows across our existing tech stack • Design scalable automation systems aligned with business needs • Identify opportunities to streamline operations through automation • Create automation workflows using Make.com, n8n, Zapier, Airtable, Close.com, and other platforms • Build internal systems for team operations and efficiency • Develop customer-facing workflows and integrations • Create comprehensive backend documentation for all automations • Maintain and troubleshoot existing systems • Optimize workflows for efficiency, reliability, and scalability

• Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard tools. • Create and integrate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that enhance storytelling and viewer engagement. • Ensure all output aligns with Morningside Group’s brand, tone, and visual guidelines. • Develop and maintain robust file management systems, version control practices, and organised asset libraries. • Implement clear naming conventions and folder structures to support efficient collaboration and scalable production. • Research, test, and implement AI-powered tools or automations to improve editing workflows and asset creation. • Work closely with the Head of Content, Founders, and other editors to align on goals, narrative flow, and deadlines.

• Research & Ideation • Analyze competitor thumbnails in the AI, business, and creator space to identify winning patterns • Translate video ideas and titles into clear thumbnail concepts • Propose multiple conceptual directions per video • Design & Execution • Design on-brand, mobile-first thumbnails optimized for CTR • Execute quickly without sacrificing clarity or polish • Deliver upload-ready assets in required formats • Collaboration & Iteration • Collaborate closely with the Head of Content on strategy, narrative, brand alignment and messaging • Iterate based on feedback and performance data • Communicate clearly around timelines and revisions • Operational Excellence • Hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Maintain clean files and versioning • Support A/B testing and performance-driven iteration
