Customer Success Manager

Morningside Group

• Client Onboarding - Conduct structured introduction calls to welcome new clients. • Guide clients on their next steps, community engagement, and learning resources. • Log call details in a CRM, track client status, and schedule follow-ups. • Ongoing Client Support - Conduct follow-up calls to check progress, address challenges, and set goals. • Support clients in skill development, content creation, and client acquisition. • Send relevant learning materials as needed. • Maintain accurate client records in a CRM, tracking their journey. • Collaboration & Community Engagement - Work closely with leadership and coaches to refine the client success strategy. • Process Optimization - Contribute to improving client tracking systems and processes.

Job Requirements

  • Client Success Experience: Background in client success, customer support, coaching, or a similar role - ideally in an education, tech, or startup setting.
  • Strong Relationship Skills: Ability to build trust, motivate clients, and foster a supportive connection.
  • Excellent Communication: Clear and professional written and verbal communication to guide clients and collaborate with the team.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive in anticipating client needs, addressing challenges, and driving solutions.
  • Organizational Strength: Skilled at managing multiple clients, tracking progress, and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Tech Familiarity: Comfortable using CRM platforms and project management systems.
  • Passion for Impact: A strong desire to help others succeed and a belief in AI’s power to transform businesses.
  • Remote & Fast-Paced Experience (Preferred): Experience in a high-growth or remote team environment is a bonus.
  • Industry Knowledge (Bonus): Familiarity with AI, automation, or entrepreneurship is a plus, but training is available.
