• Build and maintain automations that replace manual financial operations, including sales tax filings, registrations, reconciliations, and exception handling. • Design workflows that combine browser automation (e.g. Selenium/Playwright-style tooling), internal APIs, and AI-assisted decision logic. • Translate ambiguous operational processes into deterministic, repeatable automation steps. • Investigate failures in automated workflows, diagnose root causes, and implement fixes to improve reliability. • Collaborate with operations teams to understand how work is done today, then design systems that remove the boring parts. • Use AI tools pragmatically to accelerate development, debugging, and iteration. • Improve observability and auditing so automated processes are explainable, traceable, and trustworthy.

• Design and implement enterprise automation solutions using N8N, Tray.ai, and similar platforms • Develop AI-powered workflows leveraging MCP and Gemini Enterprise • Create and maintain system integrations using APIs, webhooks, and other integration methods • Build monitoring and alerting systems for automated processes • Implement agentic workflows and AI chains for complex decision-making processes • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and design solutions • Document technical implementations and maintain automation best practices • Measure and report on automation impact, including time savings and error reduction • Provide technical guidance and mentorship on automation technologies • Ensure high availability and performance of automated workflows

• Engage with customers to acquire a rich understanding of their problems, needs, and goals. • Takes the lead in requirements gathering, configuration, knowledge transfer, solution testing, production rollout, and adoption support. • Design and configure applications on the Five9 platform for each customer’s unique requirements, often with integrations to third party platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Epic, ServiceNow, HubSpot, etc.). • Provide customers with configuration advice and problem resolution on Five9 product. • Consulting engagements. • Effectively and succinctly communicate with both internal and external stakeholders. • Lead technical sessions and become a trusted advisor to decision makers while demonstrating mastery of the Five9 platform. • Handle pre-sales Statement of Work requests from creation to design document handoff. Includes ability to work with a client to gather true business requirements, determine the level of effort for a project and document a target solution.
