Video Editor, Motion Graphics Designer
Morningside Group
• Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard tools. • Create and integrate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that enhance storytelling and viewer engagement. • Ensure all output aligns with Morningside Group’s brand, tone, and visual guidelines. • Develop and maintain robust file management systems, version control practices, and organised asset libraries. • Implement clear naming conventions and folder structures to support efficient collaboration and scalable production. • Research, test, and implement AI-powered tools or automations to improve editing workflows and asset creation. • Work closely with the Head of Content, Founders, and other editors to align on goals, narrative flow, and deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics production.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
