Role Description Microchip’s Legal Department is seeking a Senior Counsel – Aerospace & Defense to join our team at our corporate offices in Chandler, Arizona or remotely. This attorney will support both general commercial matters and aerospace and defense (“A&D”) business. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of commercial and government contracts, is business-oriented, and excels at advising and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams that support key markets. - Support, collaborate with, and advise Business Units, Sales, and internal support teams on compliance and contract matters, including draft, redline, and negotiate commercial and government contracts. - Review and draft data rights assertions. - Provide business-oriented guidance and impact assessments resulting from regulatory and administrative changes. - Advise and train on compliance with federal contractor obligations, such as cybersecurity requirements (e.g., NIST 800-171, CMMC), U.S. National Defense Authorization Act, Buy American Act, Trade Agreements Act, counterfeit parts regulations, and other sourcing restrictions. - Develop, update, and implement policies, processes, guidelines, and tools to improve contract and compliance management. Role Description Job Purpose - To generate, maintain, enhance and drive Microchip’s sales and business relationships with key clients and channel partners in the United Kingdom. Location - can be based anywhere in the UK. Role Description Senior Field Applications Engineer (FAE) with deep expertise in Network Communication Solutions (NCS) and Microcontroller Products. This role places a strong emphasis on Systems Engineering, embedded software tools, debuggers, and advanced C programming skills.
