Role Description The Digital Marketing Operations Specialist will support the execution of key digital marketing initiatives across our veterinary specialty hospital network. You will be responsible for: - Digital campaign execution - Online reputation management - Maintaining accurate business listings - Coordinating review responses - Supporting website content updates - Managing the flow of creative assets across our marketing team and external partners This role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping things organized, takes pride in consistency and accuracy, and wants hands-on experience in healthcare marketing. You'll work across 46+ hospital locations and play a key role in how pet parents discover and perceive MedVet online. Location: This role is open to Remote work. Qualifications - 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a related field - Experience setting up and managing advertising in paid social, Meta, display, CTV, and LinkedIn - Experience with WordPress, including page builders like Divi or Elementor - Experience with Google Business Profile management or local listings platforms - Familiarity with reputation management tools or review monitoring platforms is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple locations and projects simultaneously - Excellent attention to detail - Clear written communication skills, particularly for crafting professional review responses - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting - Comfortable working with creative teams and managing asset workflows - Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or multi-location businesses is a plus Requirements - Support campaign launches for MedVet, VetRad, and Veterinary Eye Institute by coordinating asset handoffs to agencies and internal stakeholders - Work with recruiting team on marketing initiatives to build a strong employer brand presence for attracting top veterinary specialists - Monitor ad campaign performance across channels including paid search, paid social, display, and CTV, make real-time adjustments as needed, and document campaign insights - Traffic creative requests between internal teams, agencies, and vendors, ensuring clear briefs and timely delivery - Route assets through review and approval workflows, tracking feedback and version control - Publish new pages, blog posts, and content updates to the website using WordPress - Ensure published content follows brand standards, formatting guidelines, and SEO best practices - Coordinate with the website team to manage the content calendar and prioritize updates - Manage hospital location pages and team member bios, ensuring service offerings and team information remain current - Troubleshoot basic formatting or display issues and coordinate with web development for more complex fixes - Monitor and respond to online reviews across Google, Yelp, Facebook, and other platforms - Track review volume, ratings, and sentiment trends across the hospital network and report on reputation health - Support initiatives to generate positive reviews and improve overall ratings - Analyze online reputation sentiment to suggest areas of opportunity based on insights - Maintain and update Google Business Profiles across all 46 hospital locations - Manage listings on secondary directories and ensure NAP (name, address, phone) consistency across platforms - Coordinate listing updates for new hospital openings, relocations, or changes in services Benefits - Full benefits package - Paid time off - Health insurance - Dental and vision insurance - 401K Company Description MedVet is the leading veterinarian owned and led network of specialty and emergency hospitals dedicated to delivering exceptional care and a deeply supportive experience to pets and their loving families, referring veterinarians, and our team members. Reporting to the Design Manager, the Graphic Designer plays a key role in bringing the brand to life through high-quality creative across digital and print channels. This individual is responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering thoughtful, visually engaging work under tight timelines. The ideal candidate is a proactive, versatile designer with a strong portfolio, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Design and produce high-quality digital and print materials—including advertisements, brochures, flyers, event collateral, direct mail, social media content, and basic video/animation—to support internal and external communications. - Manage design projects from concept through final production, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards. - Interpret creative briefs to develop visually compelling, strategic solutions that align with project goals. - Ensure accuracy and consistency across all deliverables through thorough proofing and established approval processes. - Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep work fresh, effective, and audience relevant. - Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and design reviews. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Four-year degree in fine art, graphic design, or related discipline. - Strong portfolio showcasing a range of brand design work. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and familiarity with Canva. - Experience with motion and multimedia design, including video, GIFs, and basic animation (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) preferred. - Experience leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., generative design, image creation/refinements, content ideation) to enhance creative development and improve efficiency - Familiarity with digital asset management systems (e.g., Bynder), CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and basic photography principles a plus. - Experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Divi) and a foundational understanding of UI/UX design is a plus. - Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for web and email, including responsive, cross-client templates, a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). - Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and iterate designs effectively while maintaining a big-picture mindset. - Clear communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, including in a remote environment. - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across a Marketing team and with other teams outside of Marketing, who are stakeholders of the work. - Brings a naturally curious mindset, seeking inspiration, experimenting with new ideas, and continuously pushing creative boundaries within the context of the brand guidelines. - Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and a positive, team-oriented approach. The posted range for this position is $58,000-$95,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
