Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of customer success, account management, or client-facing experience in a B2B environment
- Direct and personal responsibility for revenue retention and expansion targets
- Demonstrated proactive account management
- Experience spotting and acting on early churn signals
- At least one expansion example
- Experience managing the full post-sale journey
- US market client experience
- Strong English proficiency
- Stable and recent tenure.

Role Description The TPA Coordinator serves as the primary administrative liaison between All Claims Repairs and our Third-Party Administrator partners. This role is responsible for ensuring every TPA assignment is accepted promptly, documented accurately, updated consistently, and compliant with each program's requirements. This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of direct experience coordinating TPA restoration claims who can contribute immediately with minimal training. The ideal candidate thrives in a deadline-driven environment, enjoys organization, communicates exceptionally well, and understands that speed, accuracy, and responsiveness directly impact customer satisfaction and company revenue.
