• Engineer the security infrastructure the rest of the company depends on across AWS and Kubernetes: telemetry pipelines, cryptographic material lifecycle, compliance automation, and the architecture patterns that scale across hundreds of environments. • Build and maintain agentic AI workflows using tools like Claude Code, MCP-based integrations, and custom agent harnesses to automate security engineering tasks. Examples include code review for vulnerability patterns, drift detection in security controls, and automated evidence collection. • Engineer the lifecycle of cryptographic material as code, including key generation, secure storage, certificate issuance, rotation, and revocation. All steps version-controlled, automated, and recoverable without a human in the loop. • Build security telemetry pipelines that detect, enrich, and route signals with the fidelity our auto-remediation systems require. • Embed security controls into deployment pipelines so vulnerabilities are prevented or resolved at build time rather than discovered post-deployment, including policy-as-code rules and automated playbooks. • Build compliance evidence collection and continuous control monitoring as engineered systems that produce auditor-ready outputs from continuous data flows. • Develop and maintain threat models that inform security architecture decisions and prioritize where engineered controls earn their place. Promote learnings into reusable patterns the rest of engineering can adopt. • Consult, review, and approve architectural decisions by other infrastructure and product teams for security compliance and outcomes, with attention to where secrets are stored and how trust boundaries are crossed. • Provide engineering support to Security Operations during incident response: build the tooling, telemetry, and automation that aids detection, containment, and recovery, in coordination with the Sec Ops team that owns the response process. • Partner with other Risk functions, technical teams, auditors, vendors, and clients to translate security requirements into engineered systems and validate posture across all environments. • Evaluate emerging AI-assisted engineering patterns and tooling through proof-of-concept work, including agent harness designs, prompt patterns, and eval methodologies. Promote what proves itself into team standard practice. • Operate our COTS security tooling when needed, usually through IaC and automation we've built ourselves, occasionally by clicking through a vendor console. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Develop differentiated positioning and messaging strategies for assigned GTM work streams, informed by buyer research, win/loss analysis, competitive intelligence, and product roadmap analysis. • Create detailed buyer personas and market adoption strategies that reflect how financial institutions evaluate, buy, and implement solutions. • Conduct competitive analysis and develop competitive positioning frameworks that articulate Lumin's differentiation. • Translate product innovation and platform capabilities into compelling market narratives and value propositions. • Create and execute sales enablement content including pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive battle cards, case studies, ROI tools, and demo narratives—working in partnership with Senior PMM – GTM on strategic direction. • Collaborate with lifecycle marketing campaigns, messaging frameworks, and content strategy that support go-to-market launches and sales/CX goals. • Partner with Product and Design teams on content development, brand asset creation, and ensuring consistent visual execution of positioning across materials. • Track content performance, sales utilization, and win/loss data; report on messaging effectiveness and recommend positioning refinements. • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Senior PMM – GTM on GTM work streams to ensure strategic alignment and execution excellence. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for assigned platform areas, from product conception through adoption, driving cross-functional alignment and commercial outcomes. • Partner with Product to define positioning strategy, messaging frameworks, and competitive positioning that inform all GTM execution. • Lead cross-functional GTM planning with Product, Sales/CX, and Marketing - translating product roadmaps and market insights into commercially impactful programs. • Direct and execute sales enablement strategy—building, managing, and continuously optimizing the enablement library including pitch decks, ROI calculators, competitive battle cards, objection-handling guides, demo scripts, and solution briefs. • Develop and deliver internal training and sales kickoffs to equip Sales and Client Success teams on new products, positioning updates, and competitive dynamics. • Define and track GTM KPIs including pipeline contribution, win rates, deal velocity, sales enablement adoption, and content utilization. • Mentor and collaborate with PMM and supporting teams on GTM strategy, competitive positioning, and best practices in launch execution. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Design and build WordPress pages and posts that are visually polished and brand-consistent • Create HubSpot landing pages and email templates that balance aesthetics with conversion • Evaluate, select, and configure HubSpot and WordPress modules to match brand standards • Assess and resolve front-end layout issues: spacing, padding, responsive behavior • Implement motion on the website independently • Own and maintain the Figma component library • Actively incorporate AI tools into your design and production workflow • Produce and refine presentation decks and sales enablement materials in Google Slides • Serve as primary digital coverage when your counterpart is out • Collaborate with the creative team to maintain design consistency across all digital touchpoints • Perform other duties as assigned

• Lead motion work from concept through final delivery — product videos, explainers, product launch animations, social content, podcasts, and event visuals. • Own the full pre-production process: concepting, and storyboarding ideas into clear motion beats before a single frame is animated. • Translate complex or technical concepts into short, clear stories that a broad audience can understand and remember. • Deliver motion assets formatted for web — optimized outputs, appropriate file formats, and clear handoff specs so your work translates from production to the browser without quality loss or rework. • Contribute to event assets for live conferences — main stage visuals, screen content, ambient loops, and branded motion moments. • Edit video footage into polished, on-brand deliverables (no shooting required). • Build and extend Lumin’s motion design system: principles, behaviors, and templates that establish consistency and give others a foundation to build on. • Present work clearly to non-designers and bring stakeholders along with well-communicated creative rationale. • Actively explore and apply animation and AI tools in the motion workflow — including tools like Jitter, Cavalry, Runway, Adobe Firefly Video, and Pika — to expand what's possible and work smarter. • Support digital design needs including presentations in Google Slides and select marketing assets in Figma. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Own the strategic alignment and execution for GTM events and programs • Provide the cross-functional leadership and orchestration required to activate Lumin's growth strategy across the entire prospect and client journey • Own program orchestration across the full commercial bowtie, from prospect engagement and new logo acquisition through client onboarding, expansion, and retention • Ensure every Growth org function is coordinated against a single integrated plan in accordance with the aligned strategy • Chair Lumin's cross-functional growth council, holding all Growth org functions accountable to a coordinated commercial plan • Own the full Lumin event portfolio end to end, including strategic planning, execution and cross-functional alignment across various events • Ensure all elements of major events are aligned to central strategy defined in partnership with the CGO • Own the P&L; budget, spend, and return measured in pipeline influenced, client retention signals, and expansion conversations opened • Lead cross-functional alignment for major events across multiple teams • Own the coordination and orchestration of the full event calendar
