• Support execution of email marketing campaigns: building sends, segmenting lists, QA/testing, and scheduling. • Assist with setup and monitoring of paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads), including tracking, budget pacing, and basic optimization support. • Maintain and organize campaign assets, lists, and workflows in HubSpot. • Support basic on-page SEO tasks tied to campaigns: metadata, keyword tagging, and landing page optimization. • Assist with website updates related to campaigns and digital marketing initiatives (landing pages, forms, campaign-specific content). • Help track SEO and website performance metrics, flagging opportunities to the Sr. Demand Generation Manager. • Pull and organize campaign performance data (email, paid, event) into regular reporting. • Support tracking of key demand gen metrics and flag trends or issues to the Sr. Demand Generation Manager. • Help maintain clean, accurate data across HubSpot and reporting dashboards. • Organize and manage in-person events, including trade shows, conferences, and networking events. • Coordinate logistics for in-person events, trade shows, and webinars: venue and vendor coordination, shipping/materials, registration, and on-site support. • Support promotional planning and follow-up communications for events. • Collaborate with the Content Manager to develop event materials and promotional content. • Measure event ROI and gather feedback to improve future events. • Work closely with the Sr. Demand Generation Manager and Content Marketing Manager to keep campaign messaging and timing aligned. • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors on execution details as needed. • Track work in monday.com and flag blockers early.

• End-to-end ownership of our cloud infrastructure on GCP, architecture, reliability, cost, scalability, and operational excellence • The full cloud-native application environment; containerized and serverless workloads, cloud networking, and the large-scale, multi-tenant data layer (many terabytes of customer data on MongoDB Atlas), including the architecture, performance, and scaling decisions across all of it • Deployment, release, and maintenance processes, with a focus on uptime and minimizing customer-facing disruption, recognizing that a platform outage during an active warehouse shift is a customer event, not just a ticket • Leadership of our senior SRE, providing direction and architectural vision to move the platform forward • Our overall security program, policy, posture, tooling, and incident response, across both businesses • Achieving and maintaining SOC 2 Type II (and evaluating ISO 27001 as the customer base demands), including driving the program, evidence, and audit relationships • Customer-facing security: questionnaires, audits, and trust conversations with security-conscious enterprise buyers • Data protection obligations as a data processor, including PII handling and relevant privacy regimes (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) • Managing security vendor relationships (MDR/EDR, SIEM, endpoint protection, penetration testing) • Oversight of the internal IT function, corporate network, on-prem and cloud infrastructure, identity, endpoint management, help desk, and vendor relationships • Light-touch oversight of a small, hosted WMS environment on GCP, including its reliability and availability commitments • Mentorship and development of an established IT team, including an IT Manager and IT Administrators who handle the day-to-day
• Support delivery of multiple Warehouse Management System projects for clients • Utilize traditional knowledge areas including scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk, and stakeholder management • Work with Finance, IT, HR, Delivery, Services Leadership, and other departments as needed • Collaborate closely with clients, software partners, possibly consulting partners and 3rd party resourcing companies • Contribute to the ongoing development of the PMO including best practices and initiatives including AI in project management • Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk, and stakeholders
