You will support every phase of LBA's implementation lifecycle. Support your project team to complete project strategy and planning activities. Help analyze, design, and build internet supply chain solutions. With guidance from your project team, execute testing and rollout plans. The Role We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to own end-to-end inventory management across all sales channels. This role sits at the intersection of Forecasting, Production, Product Development, and Customer Experience, ensuring we have the right inventory, in the right place, at the right time. You will be responsible for maintaining critical inventory reporting, proactively identifying risk, managing inventory flow, and communicating clearly across teams. This is a high-visibility role that directly impacts revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction. This is a 12-month contract role covering maternity leave, with potential opportunity for extension based on business needs. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is deeply analytical and systems-oriented. You are extremely comfortable working in Excel and Google Sheets, confident manipulating large datasets, and capable of building clean, scalable reporting. You think in SKUs, lead times, and days of supply. You don’t wait for someone to tell you there’s a problem, you spot it first. You’re comfortable communicating risk early, partnering cross-functionally, and working through ambiguity. Experience in inventory-heavy businesses, ideally furniture or durable goods, is a strong plus. You are equal parts technical and operational. You can build the report, interpret the insight, and explain the impact clearly to stakeholders.
