Role Description We are seeking an experienced contract recruiter to join our Technical Recruiting Team. As a Recruiter on our team, this person will act as a strategic talent advisor to various engineering orgs, leading full-cycle recruitment from first outreach to close. - Lead searches for technical roles across various engineering groups - Host candidates through the interview lifecycle, ensuring they have an exceptional candidate experience - Research and map the market to uncover top technical talent - Develop relationships and maintain contact with top talent for both current and future opportunities at Airbnb - Utilize data to improve recruiting efficiency and drive innovation - Leverage data to build reports on hiring progress and outcomes - Become a trusted talent advisor for Airbnb’s Technical Leadership Teams Qualifications - 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, particularly recruiting senior level hires - Experience with Greenhouse (ATS), Gem, and/or Airtable - Proven track record of building trust and credibility with senior executives - Strong consulting skills with demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders at all levels - Exceptional communication skills and professional judgment - Ability to cut through complexity and deliver results, particularly under ever-changing circumstances - Resilient and resourceful (thrive in ambiguity) Requirements - This position is US - Remote Eligible. • You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle across our Software Engineering & Platform teams, hiring for roles including Backend Engineering, Frontend Engineering, Java (Payments), React Native, DevOps, QA Automation, and Engineering Leadership, from initial briefing through to offer acceptance. • You'll build proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles, so we're never starting from zero. • You'll develop creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and whatever else works — with a particular focus on engaging passive candidates. • You'll run structured, competency-based interviews and contribute meaningfully to technical capability assessments alongside the hiring team. • You'll manage all recruitment activity in Ashby, keeping candidate journeys smooth, well-documented, and consistently excellent.

• Aggressively sourcing and recruiting top-performing candidates for management and craft positions • Utilizing a variety of resources, such as job posting outlets and social media • Facilitating initial communications and screening interviews so managers only meet qualified candidates • Participating in completing HR duties including postings, sourcing, referrals, interviews, offers, and handoffs • Creating and managing social media postings related to recruitment and company culture • Coordinating travel for potential candidates for interviews • Attending and/or facilitating career fairs at select universities or other venues

Role Description The Technical Transformation Lead will be responsible for overseeing large-scale cloud migration projects and ensuring successful implementation of enterprise AI solutions. - 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering. - Experience leading large-scale cloud migration projects, preferably supporting 100,000+ users. - Strong expertise in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. - Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, and Identity Management. - Knowledge of cloud security, DLP, compliance, and enterprise data governance. - Experience with email, SharePoint, and Google Drive migration strategies. - Familiarity with Google Apps Script, AppSheet, and workflow automation. - Experience implementing enterprise AI solutions, including Gemini Enterprise or similar AI platforms. - Strong understanding of AI governance, data access controls, and security. - Experience working with multiple vendors, system integrators, and cloud partners. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience collaborating with Information Security, Legal, and Compliance teams. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
